Be able to export document metadata to PDF
It is possible to add document metadata via API. Some metadata is also added when a document is created via an integration. This metadata is not included in the exported PDF. The feature request is to be able to include this metadata in the exported PDF.

Refresh feature to populate role variables of recipients after document was created
When a document is created without a recipient assigned to a role, the role variables remain empty. However, if a recipient is added later, they are not auto-filled with the information connected to that recipient.

Language Localizaion for API Embedded Editor.
It would be helpful to have language localization options in the PandaDoc embedded editor for document creation and template editing. Right now, it is only supported for recipient-facing signing experiences.

Improvements to help manage approval workflows that contain invalid or removed users.
The system prevents a user from saving or enabling an approval workflow on a template if it contains inactive or unlicensed approvers but it is unclear why you can't save the workflow.
Some enhancements to improve this process would be:
Highlighting inactive users: The system should visually indicate which users in the workflow are no longer active or licensed.
Allowing partial saves: The ability to save a workflow even if it has invalid users, rather than blocking the entire action, would allow for easier troubleshooting and management.

Remove the locked in lines on the forms and change font size
Make the forms so that when placing the signature block on the page the signature doesn't lock into a random line that doesn't line up with actual signature line and change the default signature font size to 12 instead of 15 so it fits on most forms.

Ability to sort folders/files in PandaDoc Room
When creating a PandaDoc room or adding files/folders, it would be good to be able to control the sort order - or even if it defaults to sort by file/folder name. Then, Clients can be trained to use a standardized folder structure. E.g.:

Conditional Logic Between Form Fields and Pricing Tables
A feature that would allow users to configure conditional logic that dynamically adjusts pricing in the Pricing Table based on recipient input from other form fields, like dropdowns.
For example, when a client selects a specific option from a dropdown field (e.g., "Student" under "Member Status"), a corresponding discount or pricing adjustment is automatically applied to the totals in the Pricing Table.

[Embedded signing] hide document title / hide language dropdown
At the top of our documents, the name of the document is included twice in the PandaDoc Interface (one row that includes the option to change language, one row that specifies this is document x of y)... and then it's included in our own form itself.
We want to hide one or both of these lines from being displayed. Our application knows if they want the English or the French document, and we only ever include one document to sign at a time.

HubSpot CRM: ability to pass zero in the variable when it is the first digit of the number
ensure that the number 0 (zero) is not removed when it is the first digit in the data passed to PandaDoc as a variable. Currently, it appears that PandaDoc automatically excludes the zero when it is the first digit, which is essential for accurate data representation
