  4. Pop up notification for admin for all users

    Would like to have the capability of an admin to notify all users of announcements.

    Example: Now that contract negotiations is available, she has 46 users that need to be aware of this feature.

    Rather than sending a group email, there could be an option in application to send a pop-up notification to all users sharing the feature and include articles.

  6. Lock ability to create a document from an existing sent document

    Create a setting to block the ability for users to create a document from a sent document.
    Idea is to force them to convert the sent document into a template or use an existing template.
    This would reduce the possibility of client data transferring to another document.

  8. A button to "add rows" to a form template table.

    Allow the form user to click "add rows" or a plus sign or something to add rows of data. I would create a template with headers and 1 row of data and then the user could add rows to match however many rows of data they have.

    We wanted to share an update regarding "Get all documents with recipients in one query via API". After careful consideration and further analysis of the idea, we have adjusted its status to "Not Planned."

    This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

  10. Pass description formatting from CRM

    We have a product in HubSpot with a multi-line description. It would be idea if the full description comes over in the correct number of lines
