Add the ability to turn on/off the hovering "required" or "optional" field on the client's end.
It is intrusive to have the "optional" and "required" words pop up with each field when filling out a document. Would be nice to have the option to turn this off.

add "Are you sure" feature when accidentaly hit the ESc or X button while editing the document so the updated info won't be lost
Edit Document - accidentally hit the ESC button and lost all the updated info that were edited - make sure you guys fix this system so if someone accidentally hits the ESC button, it deletes everything they've been editing for over an hour. There should be an "Are You Sure" feature when this type of thing happens. I know, we build software for our customers.

PandaDoc Notary - Ability to choose when they want to start recording the session
The customer would like to have a button that allows them to record the session whenever they are ready. They spend a great deal of time setting up the call with the customer and it records them helping the customer navigate the PD notary and it makes the file size so much bigger. The video that is being recorded is way too long and has too much unusable footage. They feel with a record button, they can minimize this.
