  4. The current product library sync does not completely solve for how end users would actually need the feature to work. It only provides a one-time sync: when a new product is created from our HubSpot product catalog it syncs that new product to our PandaDoc product catalog, but does not sync ever again. In a live environment, product details, pricing, etc. are updated throughout the year, and when those existing products are modified in HubSpot, the changes do not reflect in PandaDoc.

  6. I think it would be great for the "Product bundle" to be optional. like we can set it up on the back end but it may not apply for everyone I am trying to sell. So if would be able to be toggled on and off

  7. It would be great to have the ability to filter webhook history in the PandaDoc Developer Center using a custom date range, in addition to the existing preset options. This feature would make it easier to review and analyze webhook events for specific periods.

  9. Currently there are no options to set text alignment for quote builder headers and columns (left/center/right) resulting in sloppy looking tables when presenting quotes to customers.

    Adding this feature would help with visual appeal and make both PandaDoc and our company appear as if we have an eye for detail.

  11. When a Folder is at the top level, both navigation and Document move/copy functionality are completely bricked. Major program defect. Documented in support Ticket #76173928: "Issue with Folder and Room Structure Affecting Document Copy and Move".

    Solution options:
    1. Prevent use of Folders at top level, require it must be Rooms.
    2. Make program navigation and document move/copy navigation work if Folders are at the top level.

  14. Hi. I have a question regarding the quote block (not price table). If I insert a tax with currency/money value instead of percentage the calculation seems to be broken if I change the price of any quote item. There is no recalculation after changing a price. Instead, a correction of the percentage takes place. That's really bad UX and a major source of errors. Is there a trick to getting around it?

  16. It would be nice to have both the ability to simply disable the 'sign this quote' reminders for a particular quote that has been sent and also to temporarily pause the reminders for a particular amount of time if the customer gets annoyed or requests it to stop.

    The workarounds are not good enough.

  17. There should be a way to align the fields' positions with each other. If we add multiple fields one under another, we can change their position using the spacebar key, but even then, the fields' position isn't completely aligned.

  18. Clicking on a template title should create a new document by default. Editing the template should live under the “More” dropdown. This would align with common UX expectations and reduce accidental template edits.

  19. On the document viewer page add a link to force out a reminder email. Allow for the multi-selection of documents to bulk email reminders to multiple signers.
    On the dashboard, include an overview of sent documents that remain unsigned, listed in order of which will expire first.

  20. I have an entertainment company in Las Vegas. I use PandaDocs to send out proposals to my clients. I utilize the catalog feature to organize the various talent, acts, and activations we offer to our clients. I’d like to suggest a few changes to the platform that would enhance my process and make it more efficient and user-friendly.

    1. When I add an item from the catalog to a proposal, I often find that the item requires updates. It would be beneficial if I could update the item directly in the proposal and then sync the update back to the catalog.…
