  2. We sign a lot of agreements with third-parties (such as the third-party sending us their contract; using non-Pandadoc systems) but we would like to keep those in Pandadoc along with our Pandadoc contracts. Right now you have to upload it as a "document" but then it gets confusing because it looks like it's a contract that needs to go out for signature. Would love a very simple "upload file" and ability to sort it like a file drive.

  5. Ability to create a single invoice that includes a percentage breakdown, such as invoicing 40% of the labor cost, 100% of the hardware cost, and other sections as needed, all on the same invoice in Quickbooks online

  6. Our team uses printavo CRM as an event planning company. Its different but it works for us. I would love to see integrations between the two to be able to automatically transfer client info from one to the other

  9. Sometimes users need to change products in Salesforce based on the interaction with the customer. They can use the Salesforce reorder tool to put the items in the desired order. But it seems PandaDoc does not respect the new order in Salesforce-- it still enters items in the order they were added. The users then need to reorder the items in the generated document. We are trying to minimize users' need to change the document once generated to minimize errors.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists. For more information, please follow the steps below:

    1. Go to PandaDoc Setup, then click on PandaDoc Configure Pricing Items.
    2. Below, under Pricing Items Sorting, you can set up the order in which you want the products listed in the PandaDoc pricing table.

  10. Objective:
    Enable users to dynamically generate URLs with embedded variables, allowing for personalized or context-specific links in PandaDoc documents.

    Feature Description
    This feature allows users to insert a hyperlink in their documents where the URL dynamically substitutes predefined variables. These variables can represent specific data fields such as recipient names, document IDs, or custom fields.

    Example Use Case:
    A user creates a link in a document with the URL:
    https://example.com?user={FirstName}&doc={DocumentID}

    When the document is sent to the recipient, {FirstName} is replaced with the recipient’s first name and {DocumentID} with the unique ID of the document.

  11. It would be helpful if the Field Value in the Custom Field section supported the ability to add line breaks using the Tab key, or if there were an easier method to enter multi-line information. Currently, the information appears in a single line, and while Shift+Enter or Ctrl+Enter works within a pricing table, it requires repetitive effort to do this every time a table is created. It would be great to have a more efficient solution for this.

  12. Once a recipient fills in their email, a unique link is sent to their email to fill out the form. They should not be able to fill in the form before the link is emailed to them. Essentially "Review Document" option should not be there.

  15. Allow Auto-numbering to be used in regular table. This is useful for testing documentation (such as Factory Acceptance Test Protocols) where each row needs separate, automatically generated, test reference number.

  20. It would be great if we could organize the tasks we have in the Room by date, or any other way we'd like, by just sorting it, like we do in the rest of the app. Right now we have to drag them to place in the order we need, which can work for some, so it shouldn't be blocked, but doing it automatically would save a lot of time.
