  10. Title: Either/Or signing (one-of-many authorized signer)

    Request: Add an “either/or signer” recipient type so a document can be sent to two (or more) authorized signers, but only one signature is required to complete the document.

    Expected behavior:

    Sender selects a signer group (e.g., Signer A OR Signer B).
    The document completes when any one signer in the group signs.
    Once one signer completes, the remaining signer(s) are automatically marked as not required and can no longer sign.
    Audit trail/certificate records who signed and that the others were optional.
    Optional: ability to restrict the group to specific emails/domains for compliance.

  11. Allow PandaDoc documents to be associated directly with HubSpot Company records, not only Deal records.

    Current Limitation
    At the moment, PandaDoc documents can only be linked to HubSpot Deals. This creates friction for teams that manage long-term relationships at the Company level rather than through individual Deals.

    Requested Enhancement
    Enable PandaDoc documents to be linked to HubSpot Company objects, with the ability to:

    Associate documents directly with Company records

    View all related PandaDoc documents within the Company timeline

    Optionally sync document status and metadata (sent, viewed, signed, value, date) to Company properties

  16. I have five dropdown fields with numeric values. I need to place another field that displays the average of those five dropdown fields. In Docusign, we achieved this with a formula field. I can't find the equivalent in PandaDoc. How would I display the average of those fields in PandaDoc?

  17. It would be nice if quote builder columns could be dynamically set to show/hide to end user utilizing the rules engine in workflows. We have multiple use cases where this is valuable: multi-year agreements with price fluctuations, multi-component dynamic true-up clauses.

  18. I need a way to have panda doc email a clients plans after they have completed the initial agreement and made a payment. The document would be unique for each customer, so we would have to setup the document that should be sent at the same time we are setting up the binder agreement. I feel like this is something I should already be able to do but cannot for the life of me see a way to do it.
