PandaDoc help menu from Salesforce
Once a document is created from Salesforce (iFrame) the help menu does not exist. It'd be helpful to have a help menu for a single pane of glass experience for the end user. This would also reduce incoming tickets to support as the chat menu would provide instant answers. Additionally, giving them access to the articles allows for a self service support environment.

Pricing table: set 'Name' field to be bold when products are populated from the CRM
Ability to bold only the 'Name' field in pricing tables that are populated via integrated CRM deal.
We stopped using the PandaDoc catalogue and started integrating line items from our Deals in HubSpot. However, we cannot set the 'name' of the line item to bold - the same way line items from the PandaDoc catalogue display.

Push PD doc status to any Dynamics table that is mapped to a template
Ability to update a field on the linked Dynamics entity(table) when the document status changes in PD. This is similar to the existing automations which update the Quote and Opportunity Stage in Dynamics. But this would work with any Dynamics table that is mapped to PD.
The automation should either provide the ability to specify the Dynamics field to be updated, or it could use a hardcoded field (e.g. pd_docstatus) which would be added to the Dynamics table.
The PandaDoc iframe in Dyanmics is great, but it requires users to manually monitor and respond to the PD status. This automation…

Presentation via PowerPoint in Rooms / Ability to Pre select docs to show in the rooms and Sharing Rooms into other Workspaces
Since we have rooms to be used for customers and clients as some sort of a Data Base management storage for all needed documents, video training, and links. It would be beneficial also to incorporate the following:
- Use of PowerPoint to be a part of Presentation in Rooms
- Share Rooms across Worksapces
- Ability to Pre-selecting docs to show in the rooms (For Client visibility)

Quite builder: mark products as taxable/non-taxable
For the quote builder, we do a fair amount of work where the labor is not taxable, but include products that are taxable. It would be fantastic if we could mark specific items in the quote as taxable or not taxable.

Conditional logic for attachments
Allow conditional logic of smart content to add attachments to documents.
Alternative -Allow Attachments to be saved in the content library items.Example - If deal variable = x - then add attached x.pdf. This could be direct smart content/conditional logic - OR could use existing conditional items from library item IF YOU COULD SAVE ATTACHMENTS in the library items.

Be able to run a report that shows the median Total Time Spent by Template. right now we just have "sent to completed" which could be days, but we want to get a closer number about "how long did it take for them to fill out this bundle". It seems like the "Total Time Spent" analytics on a particular document is on an individual document level, but not reflected in the Reporting section
