  1. We use PandaDoc for reports (along with proposals) and we need to be able to attach KML files (Google Earth). We used to be able to do this, but the new update removed the ability to attach a KML file to a report or proposal.

  3. When creating a PandaDoc room or adding files/folders, it would be good to be able to control the sort order - or even if it defaults to sort by file/folder name. Then, Clients can be trained to use a standardized folder structure. E.g.:

  7. Instead of just making templates available to download automatically to Sharepoint, please make it to where we can assign sharepoint folders to all documents. Example: if I have a folder titled Proposals in my Sales Workspace I should be able to assign an automation that any document added to that folder also uploads to Sharepoint. Also, there should be a way to assign a folder to all signed docs. Example: I send a document that isn't a template, after it is signed it automatically goes to a backup folder in Sharepoint.

  9. Have the ability to assign the fields when the signer is changed. At the moment, when a document is in draft mode and the sender decides to change the signer (without Template Roles), the fields are changed to unassigned instead of assigning it to the new signer.

  12. Please make it possible to manage approval groups from a central location.

    We have 50 templates that have the same approval group. If an approver needs to be added or removed, you need to enter each template, and amend individually the approver groups.

    It would be ideal to be able to simply apply an approver group per template or folder of templates.

  13. I was wondering if the webhooks can detected dupilcated documents, I am trying to track when a duplicated documents and make a workflow and when I complete a duplicated document it doesn't seem to pick it up when I test the webhook.

  16. Audit Trail in the Version History of the Template. Show which component has been touched or removed or edited. Was it the signature block, the table, the variable X,Y,Z. Was it the Smart Content, the approval workflow, pre-assigned roles, the image, the header or whatever it is that was changed, accidentally or intentionally. I'm finding it annoyingly buggy that we had to disconnect and reconnect the integration a couple of time since getting this rolled out in May.   18. The client needs to make sure the design of their quotes is EXACTLY as it used to be - they were using pricing tables before. Now that they moved to CPQ, there are some quote design limitations that are critical for them:

  19. I am also looking to populate a property to log the time stamp of when a document has been sent and when a document has been paid. For this I've created a property called "PandaDoc status" on hubspot deals. I would like this property to mirror the live status of the document. While I see how to change the deal stage, I want to send the document status to a property in hubspot. Can you help me with this please? It's quite urgent so if you could get back to me asap that would be great!
