  1. I need a way to have panda doc email a clients plans after they have completed the initial agreement and made a payment. The document would be unique for each customer, so we would have to setup the document that should be sent at the same time we are setting up the binder agreement. I feel like this is something I should already be able to do but cannot for the life of me see a way to do it.

  3. It is not possible to sort documents sent by RECIPIENT in the Documents View page - it is sorting by document name and all of my engagement letters have the same name so this is not helpful at all.

    I need to log in our task management system the letters that are sent and it would be SO much easier if the letters were sorted alphabetically by last name of recipient. The ability to search through filters does not help with what I need. The ability to sort by recipient last name would save an immense amount of time when…

  4. Currently if you export a pricing table to the content library and then reimport it into another template all of the formatting is messed with (it changed all text to a large incorrect font, made it bold and aligned it to the right!) either fix this or allow column-wide text formating for non-numerical cells in a pricing table so we can at least fix it quickly.

  7. Allow workflow: "First signer completes → Document comes to you for approval → After you approve → Second signer receives it."

    I am currently only being able to Approve the document before sending it, not between the first and second signer

  8. Content Library items are not carried over when sharing templates across workspaces. When we share a template to another workspace, the Content Library elements inside that template do not transfer automatically. As a result, we must either (a) manually share each Content Library item or (b) recreate all missing items in the other workspace. This creates additional work and increases the risk of inconsistencies.

  10. we need the email correspondence from the PandaDoc signing process (both your sends and recipient replies) to be logged in the activity log of the customers Hubspot account. We log all customer communication in HubSpot and now these emails are missing from our records as they do not transfer over.

  12. It will be extremely time-consuming to utilize Pandadoc without this functionality, if possible at all.

    Since we are relying on the Pandadoc API and Embedded Signing to integrate Pandadoc into our platform, we need to fulfill certain business needs. One of those needs is to allow for several users from a given organization the opportunity to sign a document. That means we do not know who from an organization will sign into our platform to make a signature.

  13. Could we preserve field-to-role assignments when pages are duplicated—whether in a template or in a live document? Currently, When we are duplicating pages within a document, we noticed that fields that were assigned to different roles end up getting reassigned to a different or just one role.

  14. HubSpot requires Record ID's to be ingested as NUMBER type data.

    PandaDoc currently sends custom Webhooks with a "linked_objects" header in the JSON payload, but this is a STRING.

    When building a Custom Event or Webhook Receiver in a HubSpot Workflow, the build attempt will always fail because it cannot parse the STRING or coerce it to NUMBER, and results in a failure to finalize the webhook.

  15. From the documents view, when you hover over a specific document and click the menu that appears, when you go to click on CHANGE STATUS the menu quick shifts down one item so I have clicked ARCHIVE a bunch of times. This would be a nice fix to not have the menu change once it's opened.

  17. Currently the Pricing Table field mapping in Zapier is extremely limited, making it challenging to use pricing tables in dynamic ways. It would be great to be able to map data to custom Pricing Table fields in Zapier, or to be able to map to more than one pricing table within the zapier/pandadoc integration.

  19. The ability to show the original price struck through with the discounted amount below, and a separate “Unit Discount” line under each item. Do some customization to the Pricing Table. A way to create a custom column in the pricing table, and have that custom column reference Line Items from Hubspot.

  20. We really want to be able to update deal or quote fields with what they fill out on the deal, this is helpfull for are team to know if billing or shipping change on the quote. Without it our teams needs to manual check with what they have inputed in.
