    The "Past Dates" and "Future Dates" options for the Date Field properties should not include the current date as an option for the user to select. For example, the Past Dates property for a Date of Birth should not allow the current date to be selected for the person(s) signing the document..

    Sometimes large information fields are unnecessary to display and can cause recipient overwhelm we viewing the document i.e. terms and conditions, images.
    Can a feature like collapsable fields be considered?
    A heading, which can still appear in your document contents has an icon where a hidden field of information can be expanded or collapsed

  20. Remove the "most recently used" templates option in Salesforce

    This is about we get to the Templates page in Salesforce to select the document. Employees are supposed to select the templates from the folders below. OH DEAR GOD! PLEASE let me remove the white "most recently used" icons. It confuses the heck out of everybody and they consistently choose the white page icons rather than the folders below in spite of how many times I tell them. Every new employee also consistently blunders this step. "Complexity is the enemy of execution," and this has certainly been an enemy. Please help.
