Color Code Tabs
I have different tags to documents, which has helped differentiate just by looking at the tab, but if we could pick a color for a created tab that would be beneficial.

Complete Upload File Field at Template Level
Be able to upload a document to the upload file field at the template level so that you do not have to add it at the document level each time a document is sent out (this is to be done by the sender of the document and the attachment is always the same)- This would allow for attachment to be in body of document rather than at bottom of page

Initial User Roles
Hi -- It would be extremely helpful if we could determine a user's capabilities/role prior to them accepting the invitation. Presently, we cannot do this, which means we basically have to sit on the site refreshing to see if they accept and as soon as they do, change their role level. This is highly inconvenient, not just because of the time involved, but also in the event that we do not change the user's role quick enough they are automatically are an Admin and thus have access to all previously sent documents. update prices when duplicating
When you replicate an old document it doesn`t update the prices that have been updated via import.
Example: i have a document made in january 2021, i made a price csv. import to our catalog in february, when i replicate that document, it comes with old prices from january, not the new updated prices in the current catalog.
So if you replicate lots of documents that sometimes have 100 lines of products inside the pricing tables, you have to manually remove and re-add the items, in order to show the correct updated prices.
