  1. Automation to upload document to an MS Teams channel when status changed.

    Once a document is executed/completed, have it uploaded to a Teams channel that can be defined within a template or at the time of creation.

  4. UI/UX Improvements

    The new UI/UX experience is awful. I have to click so many times just to get to drafts for review. I recorded a Loom of my experience. Please make this better! This is NOT an improvement.

  5. Improved formatting of audit trail timestamps in the exported file.

    I've used DocuSign in the past and it provides a clean Timestamp of every action that downloads in tandem with my document. I've tried the CSV download but it's not exactly what I'm looking for.

  6. Automation: create a new customer in Chargebee once the document is completed

    Would like to be able to fields from within the PandaDoc to create a new customer in Chargebee once the document is completed. Once the customer exists, we can then obtain a URL to obtain their payment method which should be able to become the redirect URL.

    Ultimately, I would love to be able to also create an invoice in Chargebee for the amount of the payment table (implementation fee for us) and collect the payment in the moment.

  7. Move automation for Customers and Creators

    Move to Folder xy when document was created by xy
    Move to folder xy when „Berater“ or „Customer“ is xy
    Our salesman do their document themselves so it would be nice to sort them in folders regarding their name.
    Also customer folders would be nice i always do this manually.

  8. Field with currency sumbol

    Special field that will have $ sign predefined.

    Example: you are adding a blank field, put 23 there and it automatically states $23.
