  8. Document deletion restriction for non-admins/managers / restrict deleting completed documents

    There should be a possibility to prevent a user from deleting a document, especially after it gets sent for approval (through the workflow). that should be an admin/manager only function.

    Ability to only delete drafts and approved contracts, but not signed contracts

  15. PandaDoc delivery email shows who else is on the PandaDoc from within delivery email

    When sending a PandaDoc "via email", when a recipient receives it in their inbox and opens the email, it's not clear who else received the same PandaDoc. This results in some recipients forwarding the PandaDoc to someone who is already a recipient of the PandaDoc. It would be helpful if the PandaDoc email that goes out, clearly shows who is a recipient on the PandaDoc without having to open it and check.

  20. Information from Signature Certificate is reflected in the document itself

    I need that the signer info and timestamp will be displayed under (or below) the signature. I have multiple signers in each document and this is important to differentiate the signatures
