  2. Mandate Recipient passcode verification

    Mandate recipient passcode verification so that we don't have to tick this setting everytime we create a document. "I have this ticked in the workspace settings. But when a document is created, we still need to go in and tick this setting. "

  7. Restrict Editing of Smart Content similar to Content Locking

    Smart Content needs to have the option to be restricted. I believe the point of Smart content is so that we may reduce the number of templates.

    We would like to make sure our sales reps cannot change the Terms and Conditions when sending out a document.

  12. Auto page break when convert to editable doc

    When uploading a long contract, it does not insert page breaks automatically. When I want initials at bottom of each page, it makes it impossible without manually chopping it up myself which is difficult. I would like for a word file to import with exact same format and page breaks.

  15. Expand the interoperability of suggested edits ( comments ) and API

    • Add a unique identity to every comment (GUID)
      • Add all Comments to the "Get Document Details" API Payload
      • Add all Comments to the Webhook Payload
      • Add new Webhook events for when comments are added, updated, or deleted
      • Add new Activity Log entries every time a comment is added, updated, or deleted. Through settings, allow these new entries to be turned on or off, leaving it off by default
      • Add options to the PDF Download feature that allows for showing or hiding Comments, for both API and UI
      • Add features to perform bulk actions on all Comments for Resolve or Clear/Delete,…

  17. PayPro/Przelewy24

    If you're looking seriously at the Polish market it would be a great idea to integrate with PayPro/Przelewy24 as a payment gateway.

    It's an online payment system everybody here uses and loves. Especially the BLIK functionality. Very convenient.

    The integration should be simple enough.

  19. Make Payment Optional

    I would like to have a customer be able to optionally make a payment from a completed document, but not require it ever time.

    Our use case is that I'm going to have a whole package that we'll send a customer once we've reached the right point in the process. It will have a Welcome letter, a Non-disclosure agreement, a copy of our W9, and an invoice for the service we are about to provide.

    Today, our payment options are them sending a check, or I'll give them bank account details they can send to via ACH. Eventually, I'd like…

  20. Ability to Reorder Templates by Drag and Drop

    I would like to be able to drag templates into the order I need without having to rename them with a letter in front to "cheat" the system that offers A-Z sorting (or creation date sorting) only.
