We wish there was a way to see internal notes on the documents, things the customer will not be able to see, but on the document itself.
For example, information will be seen internally only like a pricing breakdown for all of the 3rd party offerings and then the customer will get to see only the final cost without the breakdown.

Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

An error occurred while saving the comment Add feature to set form preferences to allow only one response per unique email address. Have a feature to prevent clients from inadvertently starting more than one instance of the same form. Or, if multiple instances of the form have been generated, PandaDoc should be able to purge duplicate instances once one has been completed. Currently, even if one of the forms has been completed, PandaDoc continues to send reminders because of the duplicate forms generated.

An error occurred while saving the comment A common use case in our system would be when a company hires a bunch of new people and the admin in LTSE Equity goes to issue them all their stock options, and a signatory in the company has to sign all those. They don't really need to read all of them because they're all the same paperwork.

We're looking for an RFP response capability. Potential clients sends us surveys in their own formats to see if we're a good fit. We need a tool that can recognize commonly asked questions and automatically put our answer to those questions.
