[WORKAROUND]
Hi all!
I’m happy to announce that you can now edit an approval workflow at the document level, whenever a document is in draft status. This change could help you in case an original approver is unavailable to perform the action (maybe they’re on vacation) and you need to change the approver without disrupting the approval process. Here are a few benefits of this new feature: An account admin/manager no longer has to change an approval workflow at the template level A document creator doesn’t need to create a new version of a document once its approval workflow has been changed Making a change to an approval workflow is quick and easy, saving a ton of time and effort for everyone involved Read this Help Center article to learn more about how it works: https://support.pandadoc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016122334#h_01F2H326V6QVFDF0D8S2VPCE9Z
I would be happy to answer your questions and get a feedback from you. You can…

Hi. Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your perspective. By combining two current features - "Enabling recipient options" and "Multiple Choice Selection" - you can customize your pricing tables in a way that makes certain items required for customers to select.
- Enabling Recipient Options: Go to the three-dot menu next to the product line in your quote and enable both the "Optional items" and "Quantity editing" toggles.
*Important: Make sure at least one field is assigned to the recipient to interact with the quote.
- Multiple-choice Section: Create a section in the pricing table by clicking '+ Section'.
Right-click the section header and go to 'Recipient options' > 'Enable multiple choice'
More information can be accessed here! I hope these features can help you. Hi there! Thank you so much for reaching out – this is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months. Please feel free to upvote or leave your comment to let us know how and why this functionality is important for you. Thank you
An error occurred while saving the comment Rachele Galang Ong commentedas per client: 1. I want to create the document, not send it, and retrieve the links to send to each signer at a later time. 2. I want to replace unfilled variables with blanks. I know how to do both of these things manually and I know how to create PandaDocs with Zapier in general, but am stuck on incorporating the two above features.

Create auto-signed for people within the company, so when the document is sent they don't have to sign the document again, only clients has to sign the proposal.
