Hi. Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your perspective. While we currently don’t offer this feature, we made some improvements to our product that may help you cover those scenarios. Here are the instructions:
- Hide the total section and add text block below the pricing table.Â
- Use Pricing table total variable or any other that you'd need to adjust.Â
- Change format as needed via Text design.Â

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc. -

An error occurred while saving the comment automatically set the size of the boxes (i.e initials, signature, and date) across each document - a way I can click it without having to resize it every time

Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. Great news! Most of the PandaDoc for Salesforce functionalities you asked for here have already been released or are in the roadmap.Â
Learn more about these recently released functionalities by clicking on the links below:
- Update Salesforce opportunity products whenever a document’s status is updated
- Update Opportunity Products when PandaDoc pricing table or quote builder is updated
- Update a document with field values from Salesforce after the document has been created
We have more planned for the coming quarters so stay tuned!

- You can use Conditional Content to pass images as variables. Please see more here.
- Passing images is also available via Pricing table or Quote Builder. Check this link for more info.

An error occurred while saving the comment I am wanting to store an image in Dynamics in a field in an Opportunity entity. Am I able to use a token or a custom variable to pull this image into a PandaDoc?
I am wanting to swap an image out depending on the value in a field.
