  4. Option for a user to leave a workspace

    Option for a user to leave the workspace. As of the moment the user can be deleted by the acc owner/Admin, however, not able to leave the workspace on their own

  6. Billing custom role/custom role permissions

    Credit Card fields: values entered for the card number can only be unmasked by specific roles such as Admin…or a custom role like “Billing”. Currently, each person is at the very least is able to unmask that information if they are the author/owner of the document. We would like it so even the person who made the sale could not view that information as it is irrelevant to anyone outside of our billing department.

  8. Set expiration to expire on certain weekdays

  11. [Workspaces] Sync or copy contacts from one workspace to another

    Or maybe to have a contact setting which allows you to see it in a workspace (like with add ons). For example I have 3 workspace. I go to Contacts tab, open the contact record and see settings there "Workspace visibility" with the list of workspaces where this contact is available. I can hit the checkbox next to workspace and the contact becomes available in it. Also implement an ablity to enable visibility for a contact in bulk

  12. Reporting of multicurrency in the same workspace

    Allow reps who sell in GBP and USD to use the same workspace and still produce accurate reporting. At present global reps have to use different workspace to sell in different geographic areas this is extra work for the reps and requires manual reviews of data

  13. Editing options when changing/editing licenses

    We need a way to BULK select multiple user names/emails when needing to change the license type. Having 450+ licenses, I need a way to do things in GROUPS....not just bulk deleting, but also bulk CHANGES when needed.

  16. Custom Manager Role edit Member allowed to view

    Currently, Manager permissions can access documents created by members in same workspace, plus other information. I'd like a custom Manager Role to only access specific custom member roles.

  17. Option to give access to docs of specific users only

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.
