Option to specify CSV column separator in Workspace settings
when working with CSVs (importing data set for Bulk Send, or exporting report), it might get quite problematic when working on operating system, where list separator is not comma.
In central European locales, comma "," is used as decimal separator, therefore semicolon ";" is used as a "List separator".
Therefore when exporting or importing CSV from / to Excel, additional file changes or import wizard are needed.Simple workspace global setting to specify CSV Column separator (comma "," or semicolon ";" or tab "\t") may fix many issues.

Document deletion restriction for non-admins/managers / restrict deleting completed documents
There should be a possibility to prevent a user from deleting a document, especially after it gets sent for approval (through the workflow). that should be an admin/manager only function.
Ability to only delete drafts and approved contracts, but not signed contracts

Will there be a reporting function for tags? I would like to be able to create visualized graphs regarding the types of documents people are creating. Or at least there can be a "tag" column added to the CSV report.

Initial User Roles
Hi -- It would be extremely helpful if we could determine a user's capabilities/role prior to them accepting the invitation. Presently, we cannot do this, which means we basically have to sit on the site refreshing to see if they accept and as soon as they do, change their role level. This is highly inconvenient, not just because of the time involved, but also in the event that we do not change the user's role quick enough they are automatically are an Admin and thus have access to all previously sent documents. Option to create an account under the email the user is already registered in PandaDoc, however, no accounts are owned by this user
Option for a user to start their own account using the email address they are already registered under as a member of another account. As of the moment if a user is registered as member of an account (not the owner) they are not able to start theit own account associated with the same email since there is a registered user, however, there is no account registered
