  1. notifications when emails are bounced/not delivered

    I noticed that if we enter the incorrect email address for the signor/contact or if there is any other reason the email is not delivered/bounced/delayed, etc. PandaDoc does not send us any notification of delivery report so we will never know what happened... Anyway to send us notifications when emails are bounced/not delivered?

  2. Ability to add links/modify notification message sent to recipients

    For example, the recipient receives a service agreement included in the reply to them after they have signed the contract.

  5. Restrict the ability to download uncompleted document [Workaround in comments]

    Make unavailable the ability to download the pdf version of INCOMPLETE document for the recipient.
    Then, when the document is complete, they can download it.

    I'm having my clients sign my training manuals, to limit piracy. If they actually can download the unsigned version, it completely loses its point.

    This request has already been made and apparently released (https://pandadoc.uservoice.com/forums/926629-ideas-to-improve-pandadoc/suggestions/39884587-disable-download-print-pdf-option-for-recipient) but it didn't limit ONLY the download of uncompleted documents, which is a very important feature.

  6. Allow sending emails from our own domain

    Allow us to send via our own domains via domain verification (DKIM, SPF and such).

    The recipient experience will be greater and they will feel more secure in opening it.

    Option for the sender to resend the document to the recipient who did not recieve the document or unable to sign it during the document is sent on multiple recipient.

  20. Option to have a recipient to sign the document and forward it to another signer with saved field values

    Save Signature for Document Forwarding: Save signature even if a document is not yet completed and forward to a person that only the recipient could specify. Recipient being assigned 2 fields, signing one field and saving the other one to a witness for example, all the while saving the original recipient's signature even after forwarding.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.
