  2. We have put our finance department in CC to receive the completed document for administration. However, they ALSO receive the first e-mail when sending a document ("[Sender name] sent you a document"). Right now, there's no way to prevent CC'd recipients from receiving the initial "[Sender name] sent you a document" notification entirely. I would like to make it possible to ONLY send a completed document to the finance department. Now, administration gets a lot of unnessecary emails.

  3. It is not currently possible for a document recipient to exit the "Suggesting edits" mode if they accidentally added a suggestion and removed it. Adding a suggestion, it can be a single character, immediately pushes a document into a 'Suggesting edits" mode that cannot be exited even if a suggestion is deleted. A document sender would need to review and resend a document to move further.

  5. Have the ability during the redlining process to use PandaDoc in-app redlining or Word interchangeably. Right now, they have to choose either redline with PandaDoc or with Word from the beginning and stick to that for the entire redlining process for that document.

  8. Ability to specify the type (number, text, price) for custom variables so that, for example, if your custom variable has a 'Price' type, your value is formatted as an amount: 12250 >> 12,250.00

  11. Have the ability to control how fast the system scrolls to the following field that the recipient fills in. When sending a document to a recipient it is very difficult for the recipient to read the document because it automatically scrolls quickly to the fields that they are supposed to fill out.

  12. We'd like the ability to add a customized disclaimer to proposals we send to our clients. For example, when they click the link to sign, they receive a pop-up on their screen with our disclaimer language, which requires them to "agree" to our terms before continuing with the document.

  17. We have discovered that a new user can be created in certain situations, causing problems. Specifically, one of our internal resources accessed our PandaDoc room with an identical email address and user name, however one letter in the email was capitalized. PandaDoc interpreted this to be a unique new user and generated a second external/collaborator account for the user.

    We suggest that case-sensitivity be ignored in all email addresses to avoid this potential issue.

  19. If Product A is added to the pricing table, add CLI "A", If Product B is added to the pricing table, add CLI "B". However, if you add products "A" and "B" to the pricing table, only one of the content library items will be pulled.
