  1. Have the ability during the redlining process to use PandaDoc in-app redlining or Word interchangeably. Right now, they have to choose either redline with PandaDoc or with Word from the beginning and stick to that for the entire redlining process for that document.

  3. Add a feature to notify recipients when an optional signature field is present in the document. This could be through a message or visual cue to ensure the recipient is aware of the optional field.

  5. If Product A is added to the pricing table, add CLI "A", If Product B is added to the pricing table, add CLI "B". However, if you add products "A" and "B" to the pricing table, only one of the content library items will be pulled.

  6. We have discovered that a new user can be created in certain situations, causing problems. Specifically, one of our internal resources accessed our PandaDoc room with an identical email address and user name, however one letter in the email was capitalized. PandaDoc interpreted this to be a unique new user and generated a second external/collaborator account for the user.

    We suggest that case-sensitivity be ignored in all email addresses to avoid this potential issue.

  11. Currently, it is expected to receive the documents for the recipients to sign via email before they receive the suggested edits resolved results email. Would like this to be switched so that they receive the results email before they receive the document to sign

  12. Ideal: 1. Search by email/recipient: filter documents by status: sent, expired, declined (excluding completed)
    2. Resend multiple pending documents to the recipient within one transaction and preferably via 1 email with all the links included and one notification to the recipient

    Current workflow: Search by email and resend each pending document at one at a time generating multiple emails appearing as duplicates

    Use case: recipients that have a repeated journey (services) with the vendor requiring the same document to be generated with updated content or dates for billing to process

We utilize PandaDoc for several workflows and have received feedback across the institution that users would like to be able to send a document back to the previous step, rather than only being able to reject it and having it only alert the initiator that it was rejected...and then the initiator having to resubmit it to go through the entire workflow again.

    For example, our department staff initiate a workday document that is the sent to the faculty member, our faculty fill out their workdays, and then send it on to the dean. If the dean identifies items that need…
