Would like the ability to manage recipient groups from the Contacts tab rather than having to dive into a document. Something like the attached.

Receive results suggest edits email notification before receiving the document to sign email
Currently, it is expected to receive the documents for the recipients to sign via email before they receive the suggested edits resolved results email. Would like this to be switched so that they receive the results email before they receive the document to sign

Ability to resend multiple unsigned documents to a recipient within one transaction or email (not bulk send)
Ideal: 1. Search by email/recipient: filter documents by status: sent, expired, declined (excluding completed)
2. Resend multiple pending documents to the recipient within one transaction and preferably via 1 email with all the links included and one notification to the recipientCurrent workflow: Search by email and resend each pending document at one at a time generating multiple emails appearing as duplicates
Use case: recipients that have a repeated journey (services) with the vendor requiring the same document to be generated with updated content or dates for billing to process

Ability to send a document back to the previous step for an update
We utilize PandaDoc for several workflows and have received feedback across the institution that users would like to be able to send a document back to the previous step, rather than only being able to reject it and having it only alert the initiator that it was rejected...and then the initiator having to resubmit it to go through the entire workflow again.
For example, our department staff initiate a workday document that is the sent to the faculty member, our faculty fill out their workdays, and then send it on to the dean. If the dean identifies items that need…

Don't Allow Sending if Recipient Name is Missing
Why do we allow documents to be “signed” and completed when the signature field is populated with an email address? This happens when the email address is added for the recipient, but there is no first and last name entered. The document isn’t legally binding and has to be resent. It would be ideal if when there’s no first and last name saved the signature field is blank rather than auto-populating the email address. Alternatively, PandaDoc could prompt for the recipient name before the document can be sent.
