Status/notification/message "Document is waiting for another person's signature" for the doc with signing order.
For example, if you have your own PandaDoc account and someone sent the document for signing (signing order is enabled, you are one of the recipients but the first recipient didn't sign the document), you can see this document in your Inbox.
It would be great to see the status/notification/message "Document is waiting for another person's signature" for this document, so the user won't be confused that he is able to sign it (when the document wasn't signed by the first recipient in signing order).2 votes -
Make Payment Optional
I would like to have a customer be able to optionally make a payment from a completed document, but not require it ever time.
Our use case is that I'm going to have a whole package that we'll send a customer once we've reached the right point in the process. It will have a Welcome letter, a Non-disclosure agreement, a copy of our W9, and an invoice for the service we are about to provide.
Today, our payment options are them sending a check, or I'll give them bank account details they can send to via ACH. Eventually, I'd like…

Auto Responder After someone has signed and or paid
When someone signs and/or pays your contract. To automatically send them a Thank you or congratulations, Confirmation, or Next Steps, something you can customize to go out to your customer directly after they sign because I am not at my desk 24/7, and customers want reassurance that you received their signature and money. No different than when you buy something online, you get an email of that purchase. This is very crucial to all businesses. Communication is key to everything.

It would be great if we had a way to resend a completed document without downloading and emailing separately the PDF if the recipients don't receive it.

They like to send presentations with the video and content to their clients and review the document together while on a call.
Ideally, once the document is sent, enable the sender to enter into presentation mode and scroll down to the page with the video and make the video playable while in presentation mode.

Allow e-mail address with a space at the beginning or end in a required field
When a recipient is filling out their e-mail address, they will inadvertently put a space at the beginning or end, which shows the field still needing to be filled in

notifications when emails are bounced/not delivered
I noticed that if we enter the incorrect email address for the signor/contact or if there is any other reason the email is not delivered/bounced/delayed, etc. PandaDoc does not send us any notification of delivery report so we will never know what happened... Anyway to send us notifications when emails are bounced/not delivered?

Send reminders only when document is in sent status, not draft.
Have the option to only send reminders when document is in sent status, and stop when the recipient opens it for the first time.
