Customizing the UI text/prompts during signature or payment
We're using the Enterprise version, so totally fine if this feature remains Enterprise-only. After working on the white-labeling process, we found that this would improve the experience for our prospects and clients and enhance our brand voice.
Replacing PandaDoc's icons/symbols (such as the signature or credit card icon) with our company logo within the signing or payment modals
Customizing the UI text/prompts in those modals (e.g., changing "Complete this document and pay" or "Make a payment" to a custom copy)
According to PandaDoc CS, these interface elements are part of PandaDoc's standard recipient experience and are not customizable at this…

Allow "Mark as Paid" for documents in Sent/Pending status (no recipient action required)
Description:
Currently, the "Mark as Paid" option in the Payments dashboard is only available when a document is in Waiting for payment status. This requires the recipient to have opened or completed the document first. However, in cases where payment is collected outside of PandaDoc (bank transfer, check, etc.) and the document has no outstanding recipient actions, users have no way to update the payment status without involving the recipient. Request: allow users to manually mark a payment as paid regardless of document status, or at minimum when the document is in Sent/Pending status.1 vote -
Remove opt-out/reporting links from white-labeled delivery emails
As a professional services firm using PandaDoc for client proposals and engagement workflows, I would like the ability to disable or customize opt-out/reporting links in white-labeled delivery emails.
These links can create confusion for clients, weaken the premium branded experience, and unintentionally reduce trust during sensitive onboarding workflows such as accounting, tax, legal, or advisory engagements.
Ideally, firms using custom branding and verified sending domains should have an option to:
remove “report spam” style messaging,
customize footer language,
or use a cleaner fully white-labeled email experience. This would significantly improve the client experience for firms using PandaDoc as a client-facing…

Fill in then Sign Later
A signer can complete and fill in the documents first, and once the reviewer or approver has reviewed them, the agreement or document will be returned to the client for the official signing.

Document Cancellation / Voiding
We have had a few potential customers who have requested confirmation that their contract was cancelled. Please add a status option to Void/Cancel a contract and notify the signer in question. This status is different than what is available (i.e. Declined, Expired, etc.).

Dynamic "Required Fields" Progress Counter
The recipient view displays the total number of required fields in the document, regardless of whether they have already been populated. For example, if a document contains 20 required fields and 18 are pre-filled via the API, the counter still displays "20 fields required."
Proposed Improvement: Update the counter to reflect only the incomplete required fields. In the scenario above, the UI should dynamically update to show "2 fields remaining."
For customers who pre-populate the majority of their document data via API, the current counter is misleading and potentially impacts completion rates as recipients think they need to complete more…

Abilities to simply stop reminders and to temporarily pause reminders on a specific sent quote
It would be nice to have both the ability to simply disable the 'sign this quote' reminders for a particular quote that has been sent and also to temporarily pause the reminders for a particular amount of time if the customer gets annoyed or requests it to stop.
The workarounds are not good enough.

Recipient verification via SSO
the customer needs to verify recipients via SSO when the document recipients are their Pandadoc users. Currently the document could be forward by email or link shared directly with the other recipient and they can open and sign the document on behalf of the other users. Having SSO authorisation on that step would prevent such actions from happening.

Allow Recipients to Self-Enroll in SMS Reminder Notifications
Currently, SMS reminders require recipients to receive a document or notification first, then opt in or provide initial consent to start receiving messages. And setting up delivery method is handled at the workspace or document level.
This feature would allow recipients to self-enroll for SMS notifications by texting “START,” to PandaDoc phone number even if the workspace default delivery method is set to email. Recipients could opt in for SMS as an additional channel without affecting the default email delivery. This would give signers more flexibility, for example if they are away from the office, and help accelerate document signing…

Option to Send Document via Link Instead of Defaulting to Sending via Email When Changing a Signer on a Sent Document
Currently, when changing a signer on a sent document and selecting Change and Send, PandaDoc automatically sends the document via email. It would be helpful to have an option to send the document via link instead.

Add customizable pop-up window (i.e. disclaimer) when someone clicks to sign a document
We'd like the ability to add a customized disclaimer to proposals we send to our clients. For example, when they click the link to sign, they receive a pop-up on their screen with our disclaimer language, which requires them to "agree" to our terms before continuing with the document.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists. For more information, please check the link below:

Allow recipients to exit the "suggest edits" mode if a suggestion was added by mistake
It is not currently possible for a document recipient to exit the "Suggesting edits" mode if they accidentally added a suggestion and removed it. Adding a suggestion, it can be a single character, immediately pushes a document into a 'Suggesting edits" mode that cannot be exited even if a suggestion is deleted. A document sender would need to review and resend a document to move further.

Control how fast it scrolls to the next field the recipient fills in
Have the ability to control how fast the system scrolls to the following field that the recipient fills in. When sending a document to a recipient it is very difficult for the recipient to read the document because it automatically scrolls quickly to the fields that they are supposed to fill out.
