In the template editor, have a visual cue for if a field is optional or required.
Instead of having to click on a field, then click on properties to see whether or not the field is required, have some visual indication that shows whether a field is optional or required, similar to how the template looks after it is sent.

From variable list, see a list of occurrences and click to go to a specific occurrence in the document
Instead of just showing a count of the number of times the variable is used, show the list of occurrences and allow the user to click on an occurrence and be taken to its location in the document.

Smart content (conditional logic) - quicker response time
Would like the smart content (conditional logic) to respond quicker.
I have tried using this recent feature update but finding it extremely slow to react to a click and then display the field corresponding with the selection.
I would see this as being frustrating for customers so have not implemented due to the slow nature of the dropdowns.

Signing order usability improvements
When entering multiple emails to who you are going to send the document, the first option should be to add an order of who signs first, 2nd, and so forth. Too many steps to get around it. Making it very complicated.

Send another document in just 1 click
A faster way to send another document after completing the previous invite. At the moment it takes 3+ clicks. Make it 1 click

Documents page - Open
Reverse the change necessitating clicking Open on All Documents page. The user is already looking at the name - having to move over to Open is an extra step.

Reporting documents by Updated Date
It would be helpful if we were able to run a report based on Updated Date and not just by Documents Created, Sent, and Completed. There was a time before the reporting had been updated where we could see all document activity for a given day based on the Updated Date. This would give me a complete picture of activity (Created, Sent, Updated, Completed) for that given day. Thanks!

I can see where to filter by templates, but the list is truncated so that I can't see all of the templates at once

If a customer attempts to upload a .doc file (old Microsoft word), give a warning that it is not compatible, and to use .docx instead

Open the document and Open PandaDoc are two different hyperlinks. The first one is created for opening the PandaDoc document and the second one is for the PandaDoc account.
Your clients do not need to have or see the recommendation about a free trial. They just sign the document and need to open it via their email not via the last page they see once the document is signed.

To "unhide" the option to cancel.
The current navigation to the cancelation button is very difficult. It's displayed in settings > Billing which wasn't obvious for the client.

Volume-Based Pricing in Catalog Upload/Download
Allow products with volume-based pricing to be imported (for large tables of products with quantity price breaks) and exported (for backups, archives and transfer).
With the initial implementation, Volume-Based Pricing can't be imported or exported, and must be done by hand, product by product, in the PandaDoc web portal.

Refresh Document Status in Inbox
Status of document under Inbox does not automatically update/refresh once a document has been signed already. Since the behavior of your app is, it will open a new window to display the doc for signing. Is it possible that upon finishing the esigning process, it will also refresh the inbox page. Pls see below steps to further understand what the user wants to happen.

Too Many Clicks
There is way too much clicking required for the salesperson to enter in fields. We have to click the field to get it active and then double click to edit. Its death by a thousand clicks. Also, there is no "tab" function to tab to the next editable field. We'd like to see the user experience improved by fewer clicking (go straight to edit mode) and ability to tab to the next fields.
