Duplicate/Copy contacts in PandaDoc
Copy contact in PandaDoc - create this way a new contact: Create a contact copy - useful e.g. for 2 contact from the same company. All fields can then remain and only the name+email would be change. Would save a lot of time.

Shorten URL Link
We have noticed when some of our sales team sends the Panda link in their outlook email, it gets blocked by other companies. I think it may be because the link is so long with lots of characters. Not sure if there is an option for a shortened link.

Hi!
We have made significant improvements in the docx import and export experience in 2021 and 2022, but aren't currently planning on additional features or improvements in this area since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Add a Suggestion Box
A 'Suggestion Box' would be easy way to receive customer feedback and concerns. I would have used this feature to let you know that I am not a fan of the 2.0 program version as it is not as user friendly as the one before....it's too must like a creator graphics program now and is cumbersome to work through. Bi-directional contact fields
It would be great to allow for the following when using document automation fields based on PD Contacts:
If a contact field, such as phone number or address is placed in a document, if those fields were empty in the contact, you could set them to be required or optional, and whether update is allowed, and accept user entry or update, which would then update the contact record. It would also be nice to indicate to the user that input or update is requested or required.

Save chat so you can return to it after leaving the window
Currently when we are typing a chat to someone, if we leave the PandaDoc window to do something else before finishing the chat, it wipes out. We would like to request that it save the chat until we hit send.

Give PandaDoc a more robust local cache in the client browser, so that network connectivity disruptions are less likely to result in lost work.

stop automatically contact list choosing the email
the client needs to avoid the option "choosing the email from the automatically-generated list" as other staff members can choose the wrong email
