  2. Right now the automations are from the template level, which means you can't customize the documents in each automation based on the client. This causes automations to be useless for those who need to customize the docs. I suggest introducing document-level automations in order to build the docs you need then set up an automation based on those.

  3. I would really like another variable called "Sent" to select from on the PandaDoc side of this automation. My Pipeline is set up with a quoting stage and a Negotiations/follow-up stage, and it would be nice if the status could change as soon as the quote is sent, rather than just upon completion or declination.

  4. Goal: With the focus on retention, it's more valuable than ever to know whether a customer/client is considering cancelling/ending the contract. One strong indicator of that is if they view the pandadoc weeks/months after signing it.

    Solution: Create a trigger within zapier or make.com when a document is viewed with the ability to filter for documents that have been completed by all participants. This will allow the document creator to be a step ahead in terms of knowing whether a client/customer may be considering ending the contract.

  10. Conditional smart content: be able to populate a variable in PandaDoc whether the custom field is filled out in SFDC or not. If blank, no action required. If populated, please route information to the PandaDoc.

  12. We have formula based checkboxes in Salesforce that tick yes/no based on opportunity data. It is critical that we be able to have that yes/no data automate into the Pandadoc contract through a Variable and not having to manually do it through the signing process.
