  7. If we send a contract to be signed and the customer signs it as is, to automate the countersignature from our legal team. If no changes are made (no redlining), they don't need to see it.

  8. For a workflow document, we create a new field and for its location we choose “match text”. We provide text that would be on the document (i.e., “Subcontractor Signature”. It asks for x and y offset from the location, as well as the option to have it look in a certain page range, as well as which occurrence to use should there be more than one match in the document.

  9. When a % payment is setup, create a way to request the balance after a period of time. The balance request should have the option to be triggered after a certain amount of time or requested manually. It should also allow to turn on the scheduled request at some point after the doc was signed. Nor example, I require a 50% deposit and the balance due net 30 when shipped. I need to be able to go back in and set up the thirty days when the item is shipped.

  10. Ability to send email/alerts or notifications to the document creators when a reminder has been sent to recipients. / Notifications when emails are sent to subsequent recipients in the signing order, and when any automated reminders are sent.

  12. Webhook retries - can only do manually on some unsuccessful hooks. If PandaDoc detects the hook hasn’t been accepted - retry automatically.

There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

  14. I would also like to add extra pages to the PandaDoc document based on the products I add to the pricing table. For example, if I add a pen (1st position) then the document is automatically extended by an information page about the pen.

  17. Currently the subject of the email when a document is sent from a template is the name of the template and a message has to be written each time a document is sent via a template. I suggest that each template can have a custom default email subject and message that is filled into these areas and is able to be edited when sent but is auto filled to a the pre-set subject and message

  19. When you replicate an old document it doesn`t update the prices that have been updated via import.

    Example: i have a document made in january 2021, i made a price csv. import to our catalog in february, when i replicate that document, it comes with old prices from january, not the new updated prices in the current catalog.

    So if you replicate lots of documents that sometimes have 100 lines of products inside the pricing tables, you have to manually remove and re-add the items, in order to show the correct updated prices.
