Is it possible to have an export button in the window "Share link - INDIVIDUAL LINKS". An Excel file will be greater with one column name and one with the link for the signature

Quickbooks Online - create and send a QB invoice upon the PandaDoc being signed
I'd love to see a sync with Quickbooks Online in order to create and send a QB invoice upon the PandaDoc being signed.
Right now, I'm currently having to figure out how to use Zapier to connect Hubspot/PandaDoc/Quickbooks and this would drastically simplify the process.

Move to folder xy when „Berater“ or „Customer“ is xy
Our salesman do their document themselves so it would be nice to sort them in folders regarding their name.
Also customer folders would be nice i always do this manually.

Ability to add contact details from Monday deal
Pandadoc X Monday.com
On Monday.com I am able to generate Pandadoc quotes from a deal in my CRM, however, as Pandadoc opens on top of Monday I would expect it to be able to pull information from the deal I have generated the doc from. This is not the case, therefore I have to double entry, as I have to add email, first name, last name to Pandadoc aswell aswell as in Monday.com. I have tried zapier for this, but had no success. Keep a copy of initial email sent for record keeping purposes and compliance
Automating the process of adding yourself (the account holder/ sender) as the CC so you can have a record of the email that was sent for record-keeping purposes. I am aware you can do this in templates by assigning this to a role, but this functionality isn't present for sending singular documents at a time.

Create new document for ____ member when document completed by template
Similar to create and send by template automation. During our sales process, once client signs the proposal then we have another person on our staff to create an vendor RFP to source our vendors. I would love to be able to transfer the information from one doc to another and assign it to a team member to QC.

Send completed docs to folders through variable token
Add the ability to send completed docs to specific folders via Variable token. We split our proposals up by company folders. If I could assign a variable token to each folder that would correspond with the variable token on the doc then I could fully automate this and not have to manually deposit proposals into there correct folders!

Automations: Pipedrive attach PDF when document completed
I would like to attach a PDF to the Pipedrive deal if the PandaDoc document status is changed to "completed." Currently PandadDoc only allows me to attach a PDF to a Pipedrive deal if the document status is changed to "sent." All other CRM automations have the option to choose between "sent" or "completed," so I'm not sure why Pipedrive doesn't have the same automation.

Add templates to scheduling apps to auto send when setting up an appointment
Example: google calandar event invite. Add pandadoc templates so with click of a button event is made and pandadoc docs are made.

Ability to create custom automations on the document level
Right now the automations are from the template level, which means you can't customize the documents in each automation based on the client. This causes automations to be useless for those who need to customize the docs. I suggest introducing document-level automations in order to build the docs you need then set up an automation based on those.

Add more options to "Change Deal stage in Pipedrive when PandaDoc document status changed"
I would really like another variable called "Sent" to select from on the PandaDoc side of this automation. My Pipeline is set up with a quoting stage and a Negotiations/follow-up stage, and it would be nice if the status could change as soon as the quote is sent, rather than just upon completion or declination.

Notification of document being viewed after document completion
Goal: With the focus on retention, it's more valuable than ever to know whether a customer/client is considering cancelling/ending the contract. One strong indicator of that is if they view the pandadoc weeks/months after signing it.
Solution: Create a trigger within zapier or make.com when a document is viewed with the ability to filter for documents that have been completed by all participants. This will allow the document creator to be a step ahead in terms of knowing whether a client/customer may be considering ending the contract.
