Document approval defaults for all documents
I want 100% of the document going out to be approved.
I have salespeople who create their own stuff and send them without approval. Having an approval system across all documents would help make sure all that goes out is as it should be.4 votes -

Ability to Edit During the Document Approval Workflow Process
I would like to have the ability as a document reviewer to be able to make a quick edit to a document in the "for approval" category without having to go through the full edit and approval process.

Thank you so much for reaching out! This is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months. We will definitely work on approval workflow improvements and the ability to edit the document while in the approval stage is one of the key things we are considering for delivery. Stay tuned. -

Tie Approvals to Content Library Items
I would like the option for a particular content library item to require approval on the documents where it is placed. My firm could use this with our Bio page library items, so for example if Joe Smith's bio gets added to a document, Joe Smith's approval becomes part of the workflow. I would imagine this functionality could have many other use cases.

Approver can reject the document and then the previous recipients adjust the document to get approve again
the below shows an example
Recipient A: fill in the price
Recipient B: fill in the remark
Approver: reject the document due to the price, then recipient A can adjust the price and get approval again2 votes -

Allow individuals outside the workspace and PandaDoc to be able to review documents (not approval workflow)
For example -- an individual would like a colleague to review a document (but not have to approve it for it to be sent out) who is not in the workspace and does not have a PandaDoc account.
