  3. Currently, when using the automation "Sending another document when PandaDoc document status changes", only the first document is attached to Pipedrive or in the CRM. But the second document should also be attached.

  4. Restrict who can approve requests to access documents as a collaborator.

    Currently, we’ve identified that any user (even users on Member role who created the document) who shares a link can approve an access request when a third party tries to open that link without having the proper permissions. This poses a risk to our internal controls.

    We kindly request that only administrators be allowed to approve access requests to documents shared via links.

  7. I have 500 items, and each has a net price and a gross price. This is self-evident, and even if I have 5, 10, or 200 items in my offer/invoice, my customer sees the price column (net price) but not the total, which is important information for my customer in B2B business; we are only talking about net prices. However, the subtotal is always the gross amount; in my opinion, it is not possible otherwise in your offer/invoice. However, I additionally need the net total.

  8. Have the ability during the redlining process to use PandaDoc in-app redlining or Word interchangeably. Right now, they have to choose either redline with PandaDoc or with Word from the beginning and stick to that for the entire redlining process for that document.

  9. We tested sending and paying a document using the payment app integration, and we noticed that the 3% fee is not automatically charged to the recipient—instead, it’s charged to us. According to a QuickBooks live expert, "QBO is just a receiver of data coming from any third-party app connected to it. Any setup, configurations, syncing, processes, and fees should be consulted on the third-party app’s end. We suggest contacting PandaDoc regarding this process."

    Given that, how can we add or pass the 3% credit card fee to the client if they choose to pay us via credit card?

  12. Problem

    We need to send quite a lot of information from our webshop to Pandadoc:

    • including short values, like numbers or a couple of symbols
    • but also lists or just formatted text

    This is currently not possible(?) with Pandadoc, as the only way for "dynamic" data are variables. But these are far away from user-friendly...

    • don't allowed formatted text, even not simple one, like strong text.
    • are only really useful for short texts, but we also send paragraphs or long texts.

    → we are currently working with about 100+ variables to be able to have some kind of "decent" layout.…

  16. We would like the ability to change the descriptive text that appears by default in Forms to adjust the wording. In our case, to be a little softer wording than "start the signing process" for our purposes.
