Improve the document import process to ensure that when documents are uploaded to PandaDoc, numbered/bullet lists reflect the original structure.
The numbered lists sometimes become bullet lists after import, or vice versa. For example:

Syncing PandaDoc Pricing Table Subtotal to HubSpot Contact Property
We would like to request the ability to expose pricing table section-level subtotals as usable variables/tokens that can be mapped and synced to a HubSpot contact property when a document is sent.

Native Electronic Withdrawal Function (§ 356a BGB) for German Consumer Contracts
Feature Request Summary:
A customer using PandaDoc for digitally signed consumer contracts in Germany has requested a native compliance feature to support the new German law § 356a BGB (Burgerliches Gesetzbuch), which came into effect on June 19, 2026. This law requires an electronic withdrawal function (commonly referred to as the "Widerrufsbutton") for certain consumer contracts concluded online.What the customer is asking for:
1. The ability to activate a legally compliant withdrawal button on specific documents or contract types.
2. A built-in workflow that includes the following steps:

Enable Auto-Numbering for Smart Content Blocks
Currently, when inserting content through the Smart Content Block, the auto-numbering functionality is not applied to the inserted content. This causes inconsistencies in numbering and requires manual adjustments.

Save Headers and Footers to Content Library (and reuse across documents)
Description: Allow headers and footers to be saved as Content Library items so they can be reused and transferred into different documents. Today, headers and footers can only be added on Blank pages, and when you save a whole page as a Content Library item, the header and footer design does not save. This makes it hard to keep branding consistent across documents created from drafts or other starting points.
Use case: Create a document from a ChatGPT draft (through the integration), then quickly drop in the saved header and footer to make it “send ready” without rebuilding the header…

Hidden Variables in Documents - CSV-Populated Field Not Visible to Recipients
Users need the ability to include a variable in a document template that can be populated via CSV during Bulk Send but remains invisible to recipients. The primary use case is embedding internal tracking identifiers (e.g., workflow tags, custom IDs) for retrieval via the API — without exposing that data in the recipient-facing document. Current workaround is setting the variable's font color to white, which is fragile and unsupported. A native hidden/metadata field option would eliminate this friction.

Copper: Search for part of an opportunity name when linking a document
PandaDoc does not support searching for parts of the name, but this would be a useful feature. When searching for a deal, the Copper Integration needs you to put the full deal name to locate it.

Customizing the UI text/prompts during signature or payment
We're using the Enterprise version, so totally fine if this feature remains Enterprise-only. After working on the white-labeling process, we found that this would improve the experience for our prospects and clients and enhance our brand voice.
Replacing PandaDoc's icons/symbols (such as the signature or credit card icon) with our company logo within the signing or payment modals
Customizing the UI text/prompts in those modals (e.g., changing "Complete this document and pay" or "Make a payment" to a custom copy)
