  1. What I run into most of the time is, when an expiry date is set, the customer will cut it close to the wire to that date and then sign it. However, the contract then gets expired right after as we are the counter signer post expiry date.

    It would be useful to be able to overide the expiry date rather than to edit the contract, and resend for signature to everyone.

  6. Hey there, we have a problem where your QuickBooks integration is creating invoices with invoice numbers that are overlapping other invoices. We were wondering if your integration allows us to say what number invoice it starts at. If we can't, this is an integration that really does not work for us, and we may have to find a different tool to do the job.

  11. The ability to change the time zone of the timestamp for the certificate of signature. The time zone can be changed but it may confuse users and signers since time is different as it shows as UTC

  12. Bi-weekly option for recurring payments in documents. Currently you can only select either Weekly, Monthly, and Annually for recurring payments on the Document.

  14. It would be nice to have both the ability to simply disable the 'sign this quote' reminders for a particular quote that has been sent and also to temporarily pause the reminders for a particular amount of time if the customer gets annoyed or requests it to stop.

    The workarounds are not good enough.

  15. Currently it is only possible to set silent = true or false at the document level. There are scenarios where recipient level control is needed, e.g. for embedded signing. If recipient A is embedded signing and recipient B is signing from email, we wouldn't want recipient A to also receive email notifications.

  16. There should be a way to align the fields' positions with each other. If we add multiple fields one under another, we can change their position using the spacebar key, but even then, the fields' position isn't completely aligned.

  17. A feature that can limit the future date range in the "Available dates" of a date field that the signer can select?

    For example, we don't want them signing today (Aug 2025) for a start date too far in the future (e.g. January 2026).

    We might not be able to maintain/honor our current pricing that far in advance.

  18. Users cannot currently request a notary from a specific state when doing an On Demand session. Certain states, such as Florida require their documents to be notarized only by Florida notaries. Need ability to request a notary for a specific state in this scenario.

  19. Currently, when using PandaDoc CPQ within HubSpot, the workflow feature allows users to create a document automatically as part of a defined workflow. However, there is also a separate “Create Document” button that allows team members to bypass the workflow entirely. Add an option to disable/remove or hide the “Create Document” button, so that all document creation must go through the designated workflow.
