  1. Access to document analytics via API

    I would like to be able to access the document level analytics for the recipients such as last viewed date, quantity of times viewed, time spent, and times downloaded. Most importantly is the last viewed date and quantity of times viewed. I want to be able to pull that information into my CRM and set tasks for follow up, for instance when a document has been viewed 3 times in the last month, it would then be considered a hot opportunity and a task would be autogenerated for a sales person to call.

While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months.   3. Chat Notification: email notifications for chat messages

    As a user,
    I want to recieve an e-mail notification when a new chat message has been send in a document.
    so that I don't have to manually check or use the app to be notified of a new message.

  6. Protect Confidential Documents / Move Documents to New Workspace

    Please allow us to move documents to a different workspace OR mark them as confidential. I have new employees coming in that need to work in the main workspace but should not have visibility to existing documents like employee agreements, company financials, certain contracts, etc.

    I need a better way to partition documents to maintain confidentiality.

  10. Keep a copy of initial email sent for record keeping purposes and compliance

    Automating the process of adding yourself (the account holder/ sender) as the CC so you can have a record of the email that was sent for record-keeping purposes. I am aware you can do this in templates by assigning this to a role, but this functionality isn't present for sending singular documents at a time.

  14. Expand the interoperability of suggested edits ( comments ) and API

    • Add a unique identity to every comment (GUID)
      • Add all Comments to the "Get Document Details" API Payload
      • Add all Comments to the Webhook Payload
      • Add new Webhook events for when comments are added, updated, or deleted
      • Add new Activity Log entries every time a comment is added, updated, or deleted. Through settings, allow these new entries to be turned on or off, leaving it off by default
      • Add options to the PDF Download feature that allows for showing or hiding Comments, for both API and UI
      • Add features to perform bulk actions on all Comments for Resolve or Clear/Delete,…

    In case the product has a discount in Salesforce, have an option not to pull this discount to the PandaDoc document. For now, the discount is pulled automatically into the hidden column.
