  4. Our mgmt would like to see how many of our recipients are opening/completing their docs on mobile or desktop. We'd like to see this data, similarly to how Google Analytics displays that kind of reporting on site visitors.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  16. Customers want rich text formatting from HubSpot fields to be preserved when syncing into PandaDoc. Currently formatting is flattened into plain text, requiring manual cleanup and reducing efficiency.

    Hi,

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

  19. I have a requirement to query granular form-filled data. eg. a form is filled and when it is submitted, I need to be able to query a database of the formfill data. So if there is a field on a form such as bloodPressure, I can run an sql query along the lines of:
    SELECT bloodPressure from IntakeForm
    where formFilledYMD >= <someDateRangeStart>
    and formFilledYMD < <someDateRangeFinish>

  20. Depending if a Text Field is filled out allow it to trigger to another Text Field to not require to filled out.

    For example: if a SSN Text field is filled in, the following fillable field of the EIN number would then trigger to turn off the required.
