Approval on text/content blocks on an order form/contract
When certain items in an order form have been changed (for example governing law, payment terms, etc), there is no approval triggered. As a result of this, legal has to review the entire order form all the time. If would be very beneficial when you could trigger an approval workflow when certain text or content is changed. For example, when the payment term is changed from the default (or default options in a dropdown), the approval workflow for approval by Finance is automatically required.

Change Document Location / Folder Inside the Document
Ability to change the file location inside the document without leaving the document.
Currently the file location is displayed below the document title as All Documents > Name of Subfolder with only the option to open that folder. Would be faster and more efficient to right click and see a drop down of other file locations to move the document to.7 votes -

Is there a way to request the link via email? So inside the PDF, the recipient would click a button that would request the link and the link would automatically be emailed to them.

When I use a template on a mobile device to create a document, there seems to be no option to input the custom amount I wanted to collect for payment. On the web version I click the currency value top left, but I can't see this on the app
