Add up multiple pricing tables to create a summary table
The ability to have a pricing table that is a summary of the final costs. The table will show the total of all the selections made in other tables in the document.

It's great that you allow for the upload of an actual image of you signature. It would be even better if the initials could support this feature also.

PDF Bookmarks
Hello,
Is there a way to export/print a pdf with the bookmarks. Similar to Word, perhaps there's a feature where you can select "turn headers into bookmarks." For large proposals, bookmarks tend to work best over the TOC and provide a better experience for the recipient and a timesaver for us users who have to manually create them

In-depth document reporting
More granular reporting on the individual document level. A lot of documents have the same name and many docs are sent, so it would be nice to have a more granular view like the activity reporting where you can look at individual documents.

Remove ''New Form'' document has been completed by all participants email for anyone who has completed a form
I work for a clinic and we were thinking of using PandaDoc for consent forms before treatment.
Its a bit frustrating that every patient who has completed the same form will receive an automated email saying 'all participants have completed the form'
This seems a bit useless and unneccesary? If it wasn't for this function, PandaDoc would be absolutely perfect for what we need it for!4 votes -
