    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap. Should you come across any other ideas that suit your business needs, don’t hesitate to give them an upvote!

  6. When a % payment is setup, create a way to request the balance after a period of time. The balance request should have the option to be triggered after a certain amount of time or requested manually. It should also allow to turn on the scheduled request at some point after the doc was signed. Nor example, I require a 50% deposit and the balance due net 30 when shipped. I need to be able to go back in and set up the thirty days when the item is shipped.

  11. Nearly every feature on PandaDoc is conveniently available from most context menus in the documents tab except for the function to send a reminder which requires you to go through several tabs inside the document to reach. It would save me a lot of time and help me avoid double-sending reminders if it was easier to reach.

  13. Allow for multiple images to be added to an image gallery like Squarespace where you can format select multiple formatting types. This will keep images spaced equally.

  14. You should have the ability to edit existing text in a drop down menu options of a template. I duplicated a template and have basic edits on dates/information but the bulk of the text will be remaining the same. The current capabilities allow me to add or remove new options but if I want to edit the text of an existing option, I need to retype out the entire text. This seems like a simple fix and would greatly improve the efficiency of creating templates with minor variable differences.

  17. I want 100% of the document going out to be approved.
    I have salespeople who create their own stuff and send them without approval. Having an approval system across all documents would help make sure all that goes out is as it should be.

  18. I would like the option for a particular content library item to require approval on the documents where it is placed. My firm could use this with our Bio page library items, so for example if Joe Smith's bio gets added to a document, Joe Smith's approval becomes part of the workflow. I would imagine this functionality could have many other use cases.
