Drop down fields in Quote Rules
In customer case the fields for unit of measure and the campaign start date / campaign end date are drop-down fields in Hubspot but not in PandaDoc, which requires the Reps to manually type in the data, which could lead to errors and inaccuracy. They need Quote Rules in PandaDoc to have those fields as drop-downs to eliminate manual work and data accuracy.

webhooks to detect duplicated documents
I was wondering if the webhooks can detected dupilcated documents, I am trying to track when a duplicated documents and make a workflow and when I complete a duplicated document it doesn't seem to pick it up when I test the webhook.

Hello, when I use the Calculate option when setting up a Payment One time amount equal to say 25% of the total of the Pricing Table, how can I get the paid amount and/or discount amount in webhook notifications?
Currently, when I get a webhook notification when the document changes to a document.paid status, the only amounts that show up are the totals of each pricing table separately and the total of all pricing tables, but no where do I see the paid amount or discount percentage.

Add Watermark Positioning Controls to PandaDoc
Currently, PandaDoc allows users to customize several watermark properties—such as font size, opacity, text, and color—which is incredibly helpful. However, there is no option to control the positioning of the watermark on the document. This limitation has led to numerous customer complaints, particularly when the watermark obscures critical content like signatures, pricing tables, or legal clauses.
We propose adding a simple yet powerful enhancement: the ability to choose watermark positioning. Even a basic set of options—such as top, bottom, or diagonal—would provide users with the flexibility to ensure watermarks do not interfere with document readability or layout.

Support dynamic decimal place formatting per field from Salesforce in Quote Builder/Pricing Table
- Allow PandaDoc to respect or dynamically pull the original decimal precision defined in each Salesforce field.
This would enable mixed formatting in the same document — for example:
A standard currency value displayed with 2 decimal places (e.g., $1,234.56).
A calculated rate or fractional value displayed with up to 5 decimal places (e.g., 0.12345), but only if non-zero.

DocuSign has a native integration with Vanta, offering:
Automated compliance tracking: Vanta automatically tracks signed security documents (e.g., Acceptable Use Policies, NDAs, security training acknowledgments).
Real-time syncing: Signed documents in DocuSign are mirrored in Vanta, meaning compliance status updates instantly.
Audit readiness: Vanta uses DocuSign as a source of truth for signatures, simplifying SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.

The client needs to make sure the design of their quotes is EXACTLY as it used to be - they were using pricing tables before. Now that they moved to CPQ, there are some quote design limitations that are critical for them:
