Support dynamic decimal place formatting per field from Salesforce in Quote Builder/Pricing Table
- Allow PandaDoc to respect or dynamically pull the original decimal precision defined in each Salesforce field.
This would enable mixed formatting in the same document — for example:
A standard currency value displayed with 2 decimal places (e.g., $1,234.56).
A calculated rate or fractional value displayed with up to 5 decimal places (e.g., 0.12345), but only if non-zero.

DocuSign has a native integration with Vanta, offering:
Automated compliance tracking: Vanta automatically tracks signed security documents (e.g., Acceptable Use Policies, NDAs, security training acknowledgments).
Real-time syncing: Signed documents in DocuSign are mirrored in Vanta, meaning compliance status updates instantly.
Audit readiness: Vanta uses DocuSign as a source of truth for signatures, simplifying SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.

Quote UX imppovements (to match pricing table options)
The client needs to make sure the design of their quotes is EXACTLY as it used to be - they were using pricing tables before. Now that they moved to CPQ, there are some quote design limitations that are critical for them:
Bold column headers
Alternate row colours

Webhook for each time a recipient views a document
Currently PandaDoc only sends a webhook when the document status changes, e.g. from sent to viewed, or viewed to completed. We'd like a webhook to notify our application each time a recipient opens a document. Example use case would be knowing if a recipient has opened a document multiple times and not signed, and we'd like to reach out to them.

Update Hubspot Property with PandaDoc document status.
I am also looking to populate a property to log the time stamp of when a document has been sent and when a document has been paid. For this I've created a property called "PandaDoc status" on hubspot deals. I would like this property to mirror the live status of the document. While I see how to change the deal stage, I want to send the document status to a property in hubspot. Can you help me with this please? It's quite urgent so if you could get back to me asap that would be great!

Sync Product Bundles back to Salesforce
When utilizing the guided selling piece of CPQ, customer puts together bundled packaging (Ex. Platinum package: includes products A, B, and C). When writing back to Salesforce, the bundled package name only appears and not the products included. This does not allow for accurate reporting/forecasting on their end as they need specific products included.

Drop Down list in Custom Column in "Create a Quote" CPQ Step
Customer needs the ability to use a drop down column on the quote builder step to pick the country code for the product that its being sold in. The country codes cant be manually added since this is something that needs to be one to one with what they are tracking in Salesforce on the opportunity product custom field. Having reps manually enter the country codes could potentially cause inconsistency across the platforms causing their product level reporting to be off.
