  1. The client would like to create a document from Quote object in Salesforce and upon sending or completing the document and changing something in quote line items, write the information back to SFDC.

  3. We use HubSpot Enterprise and have a custom object called “Suites” that’s linked to Contacts (tenants) and Companies (properties).

    We need PandaDoc to pull data (tokens) from all three objects when creating documents — Contact, Company, and Suite — but right now it only supports two.

    Can you please request or enable:

    The ability to pull tokens from three associated HubSpot objects, and

    Support for syncing and using tokens from custom objects like our “Suites” object?

    This would help us generate complete lease documents directly from HubSpot.

  7. Our quote builder is set up like an excel document, and used to fit nicely on a single landscape excel page. With PandaDoc there is so much wasted space, and column text gets ultra skinny because you aren't able to reduce column and row margins enough.

  8. We’re currently using Stripe as our payment gateway for proposals sent through PandaDoc.

    At the moment, we don’t want to show credit card surcharges on the proposal itself (in the pricing table), but we still need to charge this fee when a client pays via card.

    Is it possible to edit or adjust the Stripe payment amount after the document is sent but before the funds settle, so we can apply the surcharge on the backend instead?

    Or is there a recommended way to apply a Stripe surcharge without including it visibly in the proposal pricing? Stripe says they do…

  9. The customer would like the ability to create and manage teams before setting up a new workspace. Right now, PandaDoc asks users to select a team during workspace creation, but there’s no way to create a new team at that point. This can be confusing, especially if no relevant team shows in the dropdown.

    Suggested improvement:
    - Allow team creation before starting the workspace setup.
    - Option to define a new team if the one they need isn’t listed.

  11. We use PandaDoc for reports (along with proposals) and we need to be able to attach KML files (Google Earth). We used to be able to do this, but the new update removed the ability to attach a KML file to a report or proposal.

  12. Currently, even if there is no payment extension added to the document, if there is a document value, when you select to send the document via link, there is a notification at the top that says "This document contains a payment $ assigned to ."
    This is confusing for clients because, while there is a pricing table on the document, there is no actual payment on the document. It looks like when they send the document, their recipient will be prompted to pay, even though they won't actually be prompted to pay.

  16. For example, the colorful page background images in our reports are a drain for someone to print. This feature would give people the ability to set the opacity of a background image OR remove it altogether when the report gets downloaded as a pdf.
