Client ability to customize PandaDoc Interface Navigation Menu
I propose the idea of a more client friendly User Interface where the menu can be configured to the clients' needs.
For example, if a client is not using payments through Panda Docs, or choosing not to pay for the upgrade to use reporting; these menu items should be able to be hidden for a cleaner look and feel.2 votes -
Group users (by team/region/location) and apply custom role in bulk by group to limit visibility within the workspace.
Would like to group users by location/region/team (sales/support/etc) and set permissions based on the grouping.
For example: they have x locations and each location has sales, support, admin and other teams within that workspace.
The workspace should allow a grouping assigned by user per team and prevent that team from viewing other teams' data.
In this case, the user can be restricted to see only their items or all the items, not by group.
Creating a workspace per team + per location and applying custom roles per location is not scalable.452 locations + 1.2k+ users

Default View for Templates
The option to set a default view for users when accessing the template list. It currently shows All Templates but it would be better if we can set it to show 'Shared With Me' or a custom Template List view.

Add Column Width Controls - Names of Rooms and Docs Are Hidden
When viewing your list of rooms or documents, a smaller page width due to browser window size collapses the name of the Room, which is the most important info. Add column resize controls or code a different column to respond to browser page width.

Include document status as a standard filter for document repository reporting
Have document status as a standard filter when reporting on "Data" fields in document repository. We did not setup a field for document status, assuming this would be a filter, we added all the fields and data to each document, when pulling reporting, draft and cancelled documents are pulling in without a way to exclude these.
