Update products within the Quote object in MS Dynamics
Would be great if the ability to have the automation to update products within the quote object in MS Dynamics similar to how you can with the products in the opportunity.

Salesforce: sync subtotal from PandaDoc to opportunity
I would like to know if it's possible to sync the Subtotal field from a PandaDoc template with the Opportunity Amount field in Salesforce. Ideally, when a new template is created/updated in PandaDoc, the subtotal would automatically update the opportunity amount in Salesforce.

Conditional smart content based on pricing table values: if multiple conditions are met, add all CLIs
If Product A is added to the pricing table, add CLI "A", If Product B is added to the pricing table, add CLI "B". However, if you add products "A" and "B" to the pricing table, only one of the content library items will be pulled.

Customer would like to have the ability to send a notification reminder for a invoice document that is created from PandaDoc.
As per customer :
I should say that we do not use any of suggested payment gateway.
We just use an international swift payments thought the bank account.
So invoice is not linked to stripe, paypal etc.
It’s just a document which we provide for the client to pay our services.
Is there any chance to have this useful service with the reminders for that kind of documents in a same way that we have it for the contracts?2 votes -
Auto-populate recipients from Salesforce if only mobile number is indicated (for text/sms type of delivery)
Recipient mapping in SF only functions if an email is indicated for the contact which does not allow to auto-sign recipients if there is only mobile number available

Automatically put cursor in recipient's email field when setting up an e-sign document.
After the latest update, you now have have to individually click in the form field for every new recipient you add. Ideally, like before, once you hit add recipient you can just start typing vs. having to click add recipient and then click into the field.

Use Variables inside Quote Builder
Ability to populate variable value inside the Quote Builder just like with the Pricing Table.

Have template name and variables in template name as two separate names.
When using variables in the template name it can make it difficult to know which template to use especially if the name is only a string of variables. It would be helpful to be able to name the template one thing but still have the document name populated with the variables.
Example Below:
Template Name: Recurring Subscriptions Full Quote

Ability to pick/change colors of fillable fields (customization, branding, etc.)
This idea is for use cases not addressed by the new color palette for fillable fields (distinct colors for each recipient and distinguishability for individuals with color blindness).

Keyboard Shortcuts for adding fields
When creating a large number of documents for signature in a healthcare context, document workers need every advantage they can get which includes keyboard shortcuts. Other signature tools we've used have had these and they are a life saver. Please add!

Ignore case-sensitivity in email addresses
We have discovered that a new user can be created in certain situations, causing problems. Specifically, one of our internal resources accessed our PandaDoc room with an identical email address and user name, however one letter in the email was capitalized. PandaDoc interpreted this to be a unique new user and generated a second external/collaborator account for the user.
We suggest that case-sensitivity be ignored in all email addresses to avoid this potential issue.
