  1. Suggestion to make the search bar appear in the default view to avoid having to click search every time, just to then have to re-navigate to the search back to enter the search parameters. This would streamline the search process and save extra navigation steps.

  3. When using Square or Stripe as payment methods, there should be an option to automatically pass credit card surcharges to customers at checkout. Currently, adding the surcharge manually in the pricing table does not work for installment payments.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  9. Good morning, we find the charges very high with Stripe and PayPal. Would you be open to working with Adelante? We had a call with them and they mentioned it would be straight forward but need a call with your team to discuss.

  12. We generate a document using an API. This means we've created a template that is populated with content via the API. The document is successfully sent to the customer. The customer discovers an error (spelling, numbers swapped, etc.). They can point out this potential error in the PandaDoc web view. Both the sender and the recipient receive this information via email. We would also like to receive this information via the API (status) so that we can directly point it out in our system that populates the documents.

  14. Currently, templates and CLI's that are edited in their original workspace do not have the same changes reflected to the same items that are shared in other workspaces in the org.

    This causes great problems for clients, if those shared items are used for smart content, for example, no changes to the original item will reflect on the shared items. This causes clients to make several manual changes, duplicating the items so they will reflect the changes in the shared workspaces as well as reconfiguring smart content rules.

  16. Client is requesting to have the 'Send Document' button higher. Similar to the Continue button on the preview screen to Review Recipients.

    When the Send Document button is low, users have to scroll down to click it, which is an unnecessary step. The button should be at a consistent level all the time.
