  1. It would be nice if we could add the PandaDoc Documents Salesforce component to a Salesforce homepage. It could bring in documents associated with that Salesforce user, rather than documents for a specific Salesforce object. Ideally the user would be able to somehow filter that list, or we'd be able to set filters on the component itself (i.e., only show documents in a specific status/statuses).

    Currently you can add the PandaDoc Documents component to object pages within Salesforce; however, you cannot add this to a homepage.

  3. Currently PandaDoc only sends a webhook when the document status changes, e.g. from sent to viewed, or viewed to completed. We'd like a webhook to notify our application each time a recipient opens a document. Example use case would be knowing if a recipient has opened a document multiple times and not signed, and we'd like to reach out to them.

  4. Add an option to view document progress throughout the signature workflow under Reporting. When using templates with multiple roles (e.g., Department 1, Manager, Staff), where each role represents a step in the signature process, users should be able to see which step the document is currently at, which recipients have already signed, and which recipients still need to sign.

  6. Enhance the “Upcoming Renewals” tab to also include documents with past-due renewals - for example, those that were supposed to renew within the last 30 days but haven’t yet been processed. This could be presented as a “Past Due” section within the same view or as a toggle/filter option.

  7. Right now, fillable fields anchor themselves to the dominant part of the table whenever you try to use enter or backspace to move the fields.

    Remove the anchoring or improve the field behavior in regards to when using enter or backspace to move them around within the table.

  8. Instead of just making templates available to download automatically to Sharepoint, please make it to where we can assign sharepoint folders to all documents. Example: if I have a folder titled Proposals in my Sales Workspace I should be able to assign an automation that any document added to that folder also uploads to Sharepoint. Also, there should be a way to assign a folder to all signed docs. Example: I send a document that isn't a template, after it is signed it automatically goes to a backup folder in Sharepoint.

  17. Currently, the PandaDoc Document object in Salesforce has built-in lookup relationships with the following standard objects: Opportunity, Lead, Account, and Contact. When documents are generated from these objects, the relationship is automatically populated, allowing for seamless integration and reporting.

    When a document is created from other Salesforce objects, such as Quote, the associated object ID is only stored in the Custom Object ID field, which is a text field. This prevents users from leveraging the Quote relationship in native Salesforce reports or automation tools, as no actual lookup relationship exists.

  19. Some documents—like HR or legal paperwork—may contain sensitive information that shouldn’t be visible to all parties. This request is for a feature that allows users to configure "FYI-only" notifications upon document completion. These recipients would receive a notification that a document has been completed, but would not be granted access to the document contents or record.
