Access 'Sensitive' & 'Highly Sensitive' Data tokens for Auto-populating Templates
When creating a document, we get to automatically populate fields by mapping the relevant hubspot properties.
Hubspot now has support for 'Sensitive' and 'Highly Sensitive' properties which contain details like payment cards, government ID's etc. These properties are not available currently as tokens to be mapped into PandaDoc.
It's a hassle, because everything comes over, and then we have to manually copy all the 'sensitive data'.
In my search of a solution, Hubspot's documentation says that PandaDoc development needs to request access to these new sensitive and highly sensitive property 'Scopes' in order to allow mapping tokens to be used.

Document.value variable for Bulk Send
Currently, the document.value variable is not able to be utilized for bulk send. This would allow for higher usage and efficiency.

Automatically add initial and signature fields for a second signer
Currently, I have to maintain two versions of each contract template to accommodate situations where a second signer is required. While other platforms I’ve used allow me to simply add a second signatory, which automatically generates a second set of initials and signature fields, PandaDoc requires me to manually add and position each box for the second signer which takes too long.
This process is not only time-consuming but also cumbersome, as it forces me to duplicate every contract template to create a version for two signatories. Managing and selecting the correct template becomes unnecessarily complicated with twice as many…

Ability to switch between on demand and bring your own notary sessions.
Option in notary dashboard to switch between on demand and bring your own notary sessions. Currently have to manage this via separate workspaces and emails which is challenging but needed as their users while sometimes doing BYON, also on occasion need to launch an on demand session.

Have a contract repository for non-Pandadoc signed contracts
We sign a lot of agreements with third-parties (such as the third-party sending us their contract; using non-Pandadoc systems) but we would like to keep those in Pandadoc along with our Pandadoc contracts. Right now you have to upload it as a "document" but then it gets confusing because it looks like it's a contract that needs to go out for signature. Would love a very simple "upload file" and ability to sort it like a file drive.

Quote builder: ability to reflect the total for recurring products based on contract term
In the case of a multi-year contract with recurring products used in the quote builder, the ability to reflect the total for each year is required. For example, Product A costs $1,000 per year, and Product B costs $2,000 per year, making the total $3,000 per year.
