Include document status as a standard filter for document repository reporting
Have document status as a standard filter when reporting on "Data" fields in document repository. We did not setup a field for document status, assuming this would be a filter, we added all the fields and data to each document, when pulling reporting, draft and cancelled documents are pulling in without a way to exclude these.

Pricing table items pulled from Salesforce should respect the current order in Salesforce, not the order in which items were added
Sometimes users need to change products in Salesforce based on the interaction with the customer. They can use the Salesforce reorder tool to put the items in the desired order. But it seems PandaDoc does not respect the new order in Salesforce-- it still enters items in the order they were added. The users then need to reorder the items in the generated document. We are trying to minimize users' need to change the document once generated to minimize errors.

- Go to PandaDoc Setup, then click on PandaDoc Configure Pricing Items.
- Below, under Pricing Items Sorting, you can set up the order in which you want the products listed in the PandaDoc pricing table.

Quote builder: custom field layout
It would be helpful if the Field Value in the Custom Field section supported the ability to add line breaks using the Tab key, or if there were an easier method to enter multi-line information. Currently, the information appears in a single line, and while Shift+Enter or Ctrl+Enter works within a pricing table, it requires repetitive effort to do this every time a table is created. It would be great to have a more efficient solution for this.

Form: sent a unique link to the email
Once a recipient fills in their email, a unique link is sent to their email to fill out the form. They should not be able to fill in the form before the link is emailed to them. Essentially "Review Document" option should not be there.

Bulk update room templates
If we create a room for our larger clients (which may be upwards of 500 rooms), we of course would build those rooms from a template with a landing page to introduce the client to our products and to help them navigate the portal. But what happens when we need to update the information in the room i.e. we have a change of process or need to add a new document to all 500 rooms? Do we have to make those changes manually one by one or are there bulk update features available?

Product Catalog: calculated pricing
An option to create product pricing based on a calculation: the sum of other product in the quote under a certain category. For example, the price of the onboarding fee is a variable set to equal 2x the monthly price of a certain category.
