  1. Currently Pandadoc only sends notifications to the APP in Slack. You cannot set up for notifications to go through a specific Slack channel. Instead, you have to use another integration system to pass through the notifications. Pandadoc already integrates with Slack, it would be very beneficial to a number of customers to add the ability to receive notifications to channels.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  2. We would like to keep only our internal emails on the contact list and remove any personal emails that got added there automatically. We would also like to remove the automatic adding of personal emails to the contact list if possible.

  3. When communicating in the chat of a document, you can mention a group by typing "@" followed by the group's name. This notifies all group members and directs their attention to the message.

  5. Sync Zoho Invoice Catalog Items with Pandadoc Catalog Items so that when a catalog item is updated in one software, the other automatically updates (rather than having to update each software separately.)

  11. Have an approval process for when a discount is over a certain percentage - for example, set up logic where if the discount is over 10% then they need to go through an approval process. Linking approvals to a specific field / variable request for my customer in the pricing table for CPQ. The customer can do this in SFDC CPQ but likes the PD interface more and would prefer it be done there so that the manager can review and approve the full document to make sure it is good to send.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

  12. In Salesforce Billing Address is captured in separate fields like Billing, Street, City, State, Postal code and country. How do I merge multiple fields from Salesforce into one field in PandaDoc?

While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months.   14. Currently, based on the tab logic, focus navigates from top to bottom and left to right. However, it also accounts for the pixel height of the field. Therefore, if fields are misaligned, focus will jump to the higher field instead.

  19. Add Image Library into the banner side with the rest of the options (templates, documents, forms, content library, etc).
