Multi-Signer Field Management - UI
Problem: When preparing a document with multiple signers (e.g., 2 clients + sender = 3 signers), users must toggle/switch between signers repeatedly to place signature, date, and initial boxes. This requires excessive clicking.
Request:
Option A: Show all signer fields (signature, date, initial boxes) for all signers on the same screen simultaneously
Option B: Add keyboard shortcuts to jump between signers quickly

Save payment method to Stripe customer for future charges when a one-time payment is completed
When a client completes a one-time payment through the payment step, their card is not saved to the Stripe customer record. The only way to keep a card on file is the separate Card details field, which forces clients to enter their card twice in the same document. Awkward, redundant labor. Please add an option (with a client consent checkbox at checkout) to save the payment method to the Stripe customer record during a one-time payment, so merchants can run later approved charges like post-event adjustments without a second card entry. Stripe already supports this natively through setupfutureusage…

Options to change the approvers in "Approval Stage"
Organizations with complex signature policies (e.g., Legal review determining if Finance, Compliance, or Executive approval is needed) require the ability to route documents to different approvers based on content reviewed during the initial approval step, rather than having all downstream approvers locked in at template creation.
Current Limitation: Once a document enters the "To approve" stage, the approval workflow is locked. Approvers cannot be added, removed, or changed, they must all be predetermined in the template.

Show expiration date as a column in the document list and search results.
When searching for a proposal from a specific person, the expiration date should be visible directly in the document list or search results.
Expected behavior:
Add an “Expiration date” column in the document list and in search results so users can quickly identify documents by their expiration date.
Current limitations:
The expiration date is not currently visible as a column in the document list or search results.1 vote -
Variables in document name should resolve in system-generated notification emails
When a document is sent to a recipient, PandaDoc automatically generates a notification email that includes the line "[Sender] sent you [Document Name]." This line pulls the document title directly and cannot be edited or customized.
When the document title contains a variable (e.g. [Client.Company] Agreement), the variable appears as a raw, unresolved token in the recipient's email notification instead of the actual value. This looks unprofessional to recipients and undermines the purpose of using template-level variables for standardized document naming conventions.
Use case: We use variables in the document name at the template level to maintain a consistent naming…

Automatic $ to % Discount Normalization for Salesforce Sync
When syncing PandaDoc pricing tables/quote builders to Salesforce Opportunity Products, discount format mismatches ($ vs %) cause sync failures or incorrect data mapping.
PandaDoc allows line items to accept both flat-amount ($) and percentage (%) discounts, but the Update Opportunity Products trigger syncs discount values as-is without format normalization. If a line item has a $ discount and the mapped Salesforce field expects %, the sync breaks or writes the wrong value.
Goal: Automatically normalize all discounts to percentage format during SFDC sync, so:
- If a line item has a $ discount, convert it to the equivalent %

Ability to prevent workspace users from adding, moving, or deleting fillable fields during document creation
Since the recent changes, our workspace users are now able to add, delete and move fillable fields when sending templates. They CANNOT be allowed to do this. It creates major problems including potential legal issues. We need to be able to turn off/remove this option for our users.
rephrasing: As an Enterprise admin, I need to prevent my workspace users (non-admin members) from adding, moving, or deleting fillable fields when creating documents from shared templates. Our documents contain legally-sensitive field placements and unauthorized field modifications create compliance and legal risks. Content Locking currently does not protect fields (by design). We…

HubSpot Revenue Hub Support (Contracts Object)
With the launch of HubSpot's New Revenue hub features Pandadoc has become less of a conversation item
While the presentation of a pandadoc proposals that we are able to produce with it are superior to hubspot quotes , Pandadoc has become less of a conversation piece in our conversations with hubspot clients exploring Revenue Hub with hubspot as the current integration doesnt support the contracts Object leading to costly workarounds where it makes more sense to just use HubSpot quotes for those clients.
Suggestion: Add the contracts object to the list of supported objects from which one can interact with…

Add ‘Rejected’ status to reporting and CSV exports
Currently, reporting and CSV exports include statuses like Draft, Sent, Viewed, Completed, Expired, and Declined, but there is no way to see a global count of documents that were rejected in the approval workflow.
“Rejected” exists as a document status in the API, but it is not available in reporting dashboards or exported analytics files.
Request: Add a Rejected status tile in reporting and include it in the CSV export so teams can track this metric across all documents.

The entire price table should be selectable or deselectable as a single optional unit via one checkbox — not just individual bundles within
Currently, it is possible to mark individual bundles within a price table as optional. The request goes one step further: the complete price table — consisting of multiple sections and line items — should be treated as one shared optional unit.
The individual sections and positions should remain visible and listed as before. However, the selection or deselection happens globally via a single checkbox that includes or excludes the entire table at once.
Desired Behavior
A top-level checkbox controls the entire price table
When checked: all contained line items are included in the total
When unchecked: the entire price table…

Quote Builder: Allow merging sections or nesting sub-headers under a shared parent header
The Quote Builder does not support merging two sections into one while preserving both section titles as sub-headers. Users who need multiple product groups displayed under a single shared header (e.g., "Section 1" and "Section 2" both under "Monthly Recurring Fees") currently have no way to achieve this. Each section header stands alone with no parent-child relationship available. Request: allow sections to be merged or support a parent header that spans multiple sections, replicating the layout flexibility that existed in the classic Pricing Table.

BRING BACK CHAT!
We need to see the audit trail while working inside a document in draft status. Currently, all we can see is the audit trail after it's been approved (WHY?). The only other way I see where the audit trail will appear is if you click on the three dots on the all documents screen, which means we would have to close out of the draft to go back to see comments that we used to see in the chat section. Not having chat is a huge problem for us. At least show the audit trail in document details on a…

Quote Builder: Support full-width text rows as section sub-headers
Users migrating from the classic Pricing Table are unable to insert full-width text rows that span all columns within a Quote Builder section. In the Pricing Table, this was used to visually group line items under sub-headers (e.g., "Nomic Outpost" and "Nomic Insight" nested under a single "Monthly Recurring Fees" section header) without displaying values in the pricing columns. The Quote Builder currently only supports one section title per section, making this layout impossible to replicate. Request: allow users to insert full-width text/label rows within a section to act as visual sub-group headers.

Do not wipe unaccepted text suggestions when toggling to Edit Mode.
There is a major friction point when collaborating on a document and toggling between "Suggesting Mode" and "Editing Mode".
Currently, if a user makes several text suggestions in Suggesting Mode, but then needs to toggle into Edit Mode to make a structural change (such as adding a row to a table or adding a dependency), all prior unaccepted suggestions in the document are completely lost and wiped out.
Because suggestions are treated as temporary overlays, structural edits force a document re-render that deletes previous work. This forces users to either completely redo their suggestions or completely abandon Suggesting Mode in…

Preview should not generate a document or consume credits
When I select 'preview' on a form under the templates tab, it creates a new form, which is then deducted from my usage credits -- this is deceptive, as a preview shouldn't create a new form. A preview -- by description -- is supposed to show you what the page will look like when active, but not be active itself.
The usage credits are very expensive, so you need to warn people in advance that you can't preview a form without creating one, and that it will cost you a credit. I've wasted a bunch of credits on this, when…1 vote -
Ability to Remove or Waive Outstanding Signers Post-Send
Now I would like to share a feature request that would significantly improve our experience with PandaDoc and, we believe, provide value to many corporate customers.
In certain document workflows, there are situations where one of the designated signers is either unwilling or unable to sign a document. However, the validity and legal effectiveness of the document are not affected by the absence of that particular signature. Typical examples include:
Board resolutions
Other corporate governance documents where a predefined majority is sufficient for approval
Currently, PandaDoc does not provide a way to either:Remove a signer after the document has…
