  1. Allow negative $ amounts in a catalog item (ex. a flat military/first responder/teacher discount)

    I would like to be able to put in a negative number for a line item in the catalog so that clients can see the discount as an item and it's clear for them to see in the quote.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists and is available via API. You can create catalog items with negative price via API, and this items will be reflected and calculated accordingly in Quote Builder.   2. Folder Lock/Hide Option

    Hi, I wish there should be a lock option or Hide option for the folder for the archived documents or templates, Users should not tend to pick up the old templates or documents when they create new documents.

  9. [Monday] Recipient mapping

  10. Allow recipient to pay for document during their signing order turn

    Would like to ability to allow recipients to pay before document has been fully completed by other signers. For example, allow signer one in the signing order to finalize their signatures, pay, and then send to the next signer in the signing order.

  12. Role for Recipient Approver

    Have a role for the recipient to be setup as the Approver. This way we will be able to send the document to an approver on the recipient side, and then allow the approver to forward the document to a different recipient who can sign on behalf of the recipient.

  15. Have the conditional fields logic stay with a shared template from another workspace.

    When a template with conditional fields is shared from one workspace to another, have the conditional fields stay vs be cleared when that template is added to a bundled document.

  17. Allow to send a document with multiple signers to send without knowing the additional signer's email

    It would be helpful if there are multiple signers to a document:
    - first signer identified/assigned - fields.
    - Second or multiple signers - unknown emails/unassigned.

    Perhaps when they receive the document, there could be a registration or verification for the field assignments.
    Ex. Medical facility with contracts with multithread decision makers, to have the main point of contact sign and then forward to the second/additional signers to complete the document.
    Issue: sender does not know the additional signers to add before sending the document
