The function should actually work both ways... not only conditionally "show" but also conditionally "hide".

Fields cannot be hidden when a checkmark has been set.

We need multiple levels of conditional fields, but currently there is only one. Meaning if a set of radio buttons is required based on a selection of radio buttons, those secondary radio buttons cannot themselves require additional fields. There are many documents with this kind of layering so it's important. If I'm incorrect, can someone explain to me how to do it?

To be more specific -- with radio buttons and the initial/signature fields. If the recipient clicks one of the options (A, B, C, etc) it will require their initials.

For example, if the customer chooses option A or B or C in a drop-down, then there is a condition out of that.

Question is about checkboxes/dropdowns: if a client chooses 'Yes' in the checkbox/dropdown, is it possible that the follow-up question field becomes automatically mandatory?

if a recepient selects ACH payment -> then he needs to fill in these fields;
if a recepient selects CC payment -> then he needs to fill in those fields;
if a recepient selects NONE -> then fields disappear.

I know it seems obvious to be able to do that with the same logic, but just wanted to make sure it is possible to leave it blank and not have some sort of validation that says that logical formatting requires at least one field to be assigned.

Some type of conditional logic would be very beneficial for us and the customer as it would help organize documents and fields better. The purpose would be... if a field says a certain thing then a specific document or field will appear or toggle off depending on what the field contains.
