Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

    This has become one of our biggest requests from our contract writers. Email signatures are required fields when we send emails to clients. Currently can only copy/paste.

    Have the ability to set a default email signature (Ie name & contact info) that is added to all email bodies when sending a document via email.

    Would like to see email signature templates in the template gallery or content library that can be used to implement signatures in your choice email provider.

    Client wishes to have the option to incorporate signatures in the introductory email being sent out to recipients.

    I would like to have saved signature when sending proposal by emails.
    By signature I mean email siganture, like
    Name Surname
    Position
    Company
    Phone
    Email

    Because now I send proposals by emails from PandaDoc.
    But I need to paste email signature from somewhere else.
