  4. Assigned recipient for a pricing table: Ability to disable pricing table optional items/qty editing permission for one of the signers

    Someone can check option 1 (for example) for radio buttons in the pricing table and sign it, and then the second person can change it to option 2.
    Like other fields, the radio buttons and checkboxes should be assigned to a role or an individual.

  5. Allow negative $ amounts in a catalog item (ex. a flat military/first responder/teacher discount)

    I would like to be able to put in a negative number for a line item in the catalog so that clients can see the discount as an item and it's clear for them to see in the quote.

While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months.   11. Add option to create product variations

    It would be helpful to have an option to create product variations. For example, we sell contracted services for one year, 2 year, 3 year or 5 year terms. These services have a different monthly price depending on the contract term. Currently, I have to create a separate product for each term, which adds a lot of extra products to my catalog. Instead, it would be nice to add the different prices for each contract term under one product in the catalog as a variation, and then be able to select the variation of the product from a dropdown when…

  13. Group Pricing Tables based on Product Names

    I'd like to press one button to group pricing tables by "Product" or by columns/fields.

    For example, I have a template with multiple pricing tables, I'd like to group tables by the "Product" name then sort by the "Name" field. Alternatively, I'd like to sort pricing tables to ensure everything with the same name is grouped together.

    the default pricing table columns should work in the similar way as the cost column
    so you can set up it in the way so it will disappear automically and won't be visible to recipients
