Add signatures to notarized documents after the session has been completed. Use case:
I am needing to notarize a document with two different humans who cannot sign together. I was planning on just having one sign the actual (long document) then have the second person just sign a page with a notary block. Is it possible to then add that last signature and notary block to the signed locked document?2 votesHi. Automatically add initial and signature fields for a second signer
Currently, I have to maintain two versions of each contract template to accommodate situations where a second signer is required. While other platforms I’ve used allow me to simply add a second signatory, which automatically generates a second set of initials and signature fields, PandaDoc requires me to manually add and position each box for the second signer which takes too long.
This process is not only time-consuming but also cumbersome, as it forces me to duplicate every contract template to create a version for two signatories. Managing and selecting the correct template becomes unnecessarily complicated with twice as many…

Sort email attachments in order they appear in bundled document.
Option to have PDF attachments of bundled documents sorted in same order as they are in the bundle. Currently they are sorted alphabetically.
