Send Document Option from Add Recipients Screen
One Click Sending. When creating a new document from a template, it would be nice to have the option to send from the add recipients screen rather than having to click continue, open the document in PandaDoc, and then click the send button.

Add signatures to notarized documents after the session has completed
Add signatures to notarized documents after the session has been completed. Use case:
I am needing to notarize a document with two different humans who cannot sign together. I was planning on just having one sign the actual (long document) then have the second person just sign a page with a notary block. Is it possible to then add that last signature and notary block to the signed locked document?2 votesHi. An archive or the feature that will save videos/recordings even when a Notary Session has been terminated.

Automatically add initial and signature fields for a second signer
Currently, I have to maintain two versions of each contract template to accommodate situations where a second signer is required. While other platforms I’ve used allow me to simply add a second signatory, which automatically generates a second set of initials and signature fields, PandaDoc requires me to manually add and position each box for the second signer which takes too long.
This process is not only time-consuming but also cumbersome, as it forces me to duplicate every contract template to create a version for two signatories. Managing and selecting the correct template becomes unnecessarily complicated with twice as many…

Sort email attachments in order they appear in bundled document.
Option to have PDF attachments of bundled documents sorted in same order as they are in the bundle. Currently they are sorted alphabetically.

Additional field formatting for the phone numbers
Currently only 2 phone options: US or International
Some applications that we integrate template feedback with require that we have no preliminary "+" symbol for telephone and fax fields. Form Capability - Drop down menu for recipient options
when an employee clicks a form link, allow for the recipient fields to have a drop down of who that specific role could go to. For example, we have a signing order set on a form, and for one of the roles, it needs to go to who their boss reports to for our board of directors. Could their be a drop down with the board of directors to select from when they are filling out the information on recipients for a form?
