It would benefit to be able to categorize the team the user belongs to when adding a user with a dropdown when inviting them to the workspace.
This would help with understanding the use case when connecting with the user for feedback.
More importantly it would help build a QBR based on the use case to steer behaviors.
Customer feedback has been that they do not want to attend engagement events as the data is combined and not related to their specific use case to drive adoption behaviors.

Add option to create product variations
It would be helpful to have an option to create product variations. For example, we sell contracted services for one year, 2 year, 3 year or 5 year terms. These services have a different monthly price depending on the contract term. Currently, I have to create a separate product for each term, which adds a lot of extra products to my catalog. Instead, it would be nice to add the different prices for each contract term under one product in the catalog as a variation, and then be able to select the variation of the product from a dropdown when…
