All customer email and communication needs to be part of the integration of PandaDoc and Hubspot.
we need the email correspondence from the PandaDoc signing process (both your sends and recipient replies) to be logged in the activity log of the customers Hubspot account. We log all customer communication in HubSpot and now these emails are missing from our records as they do not transfer over.

[API] Create Session for Embedded Signing with Recipient Groups
It will be extremely time-consuming to utilize Pandadoc without this functionality, if possible at all.
Since we are relying on the Pandadoc API and Embedded Signing to integrate Pandadoc into our platform, we need to fulfill certain business needs. One of those needs is to allow for several users from a given organization the opportunity to sign a document. That means we do not know who from an organization will sign into our platform to make a signature.

HubSpot Cannot Process PandaDoc Webhooks
HubSpot requires Record ID's to be ingested as NUMBER type data.
PandaDoc currently sends custom Webhooks with a "linked_objects" header in the JSON payload, but this is a STRING.
When building a Custom Event or Webhook Receiver in a HubSpot Workflow, the build attempt will always fail because it cannot parse the STRING or coerce it to NUMBER, and results in a failure to finalize the webhook.

From the documents view, when you hover over a specific document and click the menu that appears, when you go to click on CHANGE STATUS the menu quick shifts down one item so I have clicked ARCHIVE a bunch of times. This would be a nice fix to not have the menu change once it's opened.

custom pricing table field mapping in Zapier's PandaDoc integration
Currently the Pricing Table field mapping in Zapier is extremely limited, making it challenging to use pricing tables in dynamic ways. It would be great to be able to map data to custom Pricing Table fields in Zapier, or to be able to map to more than one pricing table within the zapier/pandadoc integration.

Zoho 2-way sync: update fields
We really want to be able to update deal or quote fields with what they fill out on the deal, this is helpfull for are team to know if billing or shipping change on the quote. Without it our teams needs to manual check with what they have inputed in.

Autovalidation of minimum field size
Date fields (or any field type) should not be resizable smaller than the minimum required to display the data. It does not make sense that I can add a date field, but size it small enough that I can't actually read the date. If the field requires entering the day, month, and year to the field, I should not be able to de-size the field to the point that I can't see part of that date.
Otherwise, if there are use-cases where de-sizing it and obstructing the field is useful, there should be a lock/unlock option on fields so you…

Ability to connect any Workspaces to another SF org
The current build is that you can only connect any WS under one (1) PD org to 1 SF org. If there are other SF org, then the client will have to purchase another PD account.

Allow user to pass document validity period from Salesforce
We have to set the quote validity on the document so the customer is aware. We have a standard document expiration time on our templates. However, the salesperson can change the validity as the need arises. So if they change it from the standard, the validity promised to the customer and the validity on the document will not be consistent.
We try to limit the number of changes a salesperson has to make on a PandaDoc document once generated, to help save them time. Asking them to remember to change the document validity on the PandaDoc document does not work…

Spacer component in template builder section
We currently don't have a spacer component available when building templates, making it difficult to space the forms.
Having to work around with text fields to create a blank space between questions and form fields isn't a good experience.

To have the option to customize the repeat reminder for bulk send. Currently, it can only be set to every 3 days or every week. The customer would like to customize the number of days like for example to be able to set it to 30 days.

Prevent requestor self-approval when submitting forms/templates/documents
Currently, if a requestor is also listed as an approver, PandaDoc allows them to sign or approve a document at the time of submission. This behavior effectively bypasses the approval workflow.
This creates a security and compliance risk, since it allows someone to self-approve their own submissions. In regulated or audited environments, this violates separation of duties principles and undermines the integrity of approval processes.

When a custom property in a CRM changes automatically create a document
When a custom property in HubSpot is updated, automatically generate and send a document to the client. For example, if a customer chooses to pay via invoice and the payment method property in HubSpot is changed to ‘Invoice,’ the automation would create a credit application form and send it to the client automatically.

Option to attach PDF drawings and stp files
As a company that provides engineering proposals, we attach PDF drawings and .stp file (3d models)
suddenly pandadoc wont allow any file other than a pdf to be attached, we have tried zipping files, compressing.... etc but this feature seems to be removed.Please add back in any file type attachment.
