  3. As AI-generated content becomes increasingly common in sales proposals, organisations need governance to ensure customer-facing documents are accurate, compliant and on-brand before they are sent.

    We would like PandaDoc to automatically detect AI-generated text and images within a proposal and trigger a configurable approval workflow.

    Business case
    Many organisations encourage the use of AI to improve productivity, but AI-generated content can introduce risks including:

    Incorrect branding and logos
    Inaccurate product or technical claims
    Misleading AI-generated images or diagrams
    Over-promising functionality
    Legal, compliance and reputational risk

    Rather than preventing AI use, PandaDoc should help organisations govern it.

    Then why can I create contracts on an Account, and have them automatically linked?

  7. Visibility / colour
    The "Email templates" label sits in a very light grey on a white background, so it blends in and isn't obviously a clickable button. It's easy to miss that it's there at all. Could the default colour be made brighter / higher contrast so it's clear at a glance that it's a button I'm about to click?

  10. Right now, you can only remove an approver on a template or draft document level. Provide a tool that can bulk remove an approver from all template or draft document that they are an approver on.

  12. A user sends a proposal. If the sender belongs to the Enterprise team, a follow-up MNDA should automatically be created and sent to a third-party contact pulled from the CRM. If the sender belongs to SMB, no follow-up is needed.

  13. When multiple documents with the same title are downloaded in bulk (documents are bulk uploaded), PandaDoc automatically adds numbers to the file names, which makes it difficult to distinguish between them. It would be helpful to include the recipient’s name in the document title instead.

  14. The recipient view displays the total number of required fields in the document, regardless of whether they have already been populated. For example, if a document contains 20 required fields and 18 are pre-filled via the API, the counter still displays "20 fields required."

    Proposed Improvement: Update the counter to reflect only the incomplete required fields. In the scenario above, the UI should dynamically update to show "2 fields remaining."

    For customers who pre-populate the majority of their document data via API, the current counter is misleading and potentially impacts completion rates as recipients think they need to complete more…

    Summary:
    -Enable users to present two clean totals at the bottom of a quote— a final one‑time total that includes all applicable discounts and a separate recurring monthly total—without discount spillover between groups.

    Problem:
    -When a discount is applied at the total level in PandaDoc, it is distributed across the entire pricing table. This prevents users from showing a discounted one‑time total while keeping the monthly total unaffected.   17. Currently the dashboard view does not contain column headers, which leads to confusion of what the dates are that are in view of the docs visible. Specifically, in the completed documents section the dates shown are last modified rather than the date completed, allowing documents to reappear if viewed by a recipient after completion. Adding a column header or being able to customize the columns that appear will lead to a cleaner view and more understanding to the status of the documents displayed.
