  1. When creating a document, we get to automatically populate fields by mapping the relevant hubspot properties.

    Hubspot now has support for 'Sensitive' and 'Highly Sensitive' properties which contain details like payment cards, government ID's etc. These properties are not available currently as tokens to be mapped into PandaDoc.

    It's a hassle, because everything comes over, and then we have to manually copy all the 'sensitive data'.

    In my search of a solution, Hubspot's documentation says that PandaDoc development needs to request access to these new sensitive and highly sensitive property 'Scopes' in order to allow mapping tokens to be used.

  2. Use case: We have enabled SSO, but if managers invite people within the domain (which they will do because it appears they can) the new user wont be able to login because they are not in the approved AD group which only can be done my an IT administrator. Anticipating this scenario will create confusion and frustration for our managers and members.

  6. When using variables in the template name it can make it difficult to know which template to use especially if the name is only a string of variables. It would be helpful to be able to name the template one thing but still have the document name populated with the variables.
    Example Below:
    Template Name: Recurring Subscriptions Full Quote
    Document Name: {Company Name] [Create Date]

  7. Currently, the PandaDoc and HubSpot integration only functions at the Deal level. We need this to sync not only at the Deal level but also at the Contact level. For example, the automation currently only attaches the completed file if the document was sent through a Deal, but it does not work when sending documents from a Contact record.

  8. The only option to share email notifications to a (Shared email) is to add the email to a cc on the template/document level. I would be nice to have an option to select where the email notification will be received. Like a shared email address

  14. Sending only 1000 documents per hour is frustrating as we need to send at minimum 22,000 documents out to parents for signatures. This means it essentially takes us 22 hours of work to send all of these documents, and with 8-hour working days, we are either working many overtime hours to send these docs, or having to spread it across 3+ days.

  17. The possibility to customize the wording when selecting the single-item or multiple-item option in the quote builder. Replacing "Select/Selected" by something else.
    That way the sender can let the recipient know what their "Suggestion" is etc.
